Camper $175 Shoes Fell Apart After 2 Months

$175 shoes fell apart after 2 months of wear. I contacted Camper and they denied a manufacturing defect and said the retailer is responsible. Took my shoes to the retailer and they "repaired" the shoe. After almost 2 months again of wear, the shoe started falling apart (again) in the same spot. Both the retailer and Camper refused to take any responsibility. Camper's 2 year product warranty is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY CAMPER.

Camper Feel like scam

I am deeply disappointed with the a recent online purchase I made through your website. The item I ordered was supposed to be delivered by last month but it has not arrived yet. Additionally, I have tried to contact your customer service team several times but I received no feedback or response.

As a loyal customer, I find this level of service to be completely unacceptable. I have been patiently waiting for the item to arrive and I heavily rely on it for my daily routine. The lack of communication from your customer service team only adds to my frustration and it’s extremely unprofessional for a business to treat its customers this way.

I demand an immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure that my item will be delivered as soon as possible. I also expect a prompt feedback regarding this matter from your customer service team. If this situation is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to take further steps to ensure that my rights as a customer are protected.

Camper My money is not refunded

I bought a product from Camper on 18.08.2023 with order number [protected]. On 19.08.2023, the products were canceled by the company without any notice. It has been 1 month today and I still have not received my money back. During this period, I sent e-mails 4-5 times and no one answered. I contacted customer service 3 times today and they said your money would be refunded tomorrow but it was not refunded. I searched because I shouldn't shop from Camper online. If my money is not refunded within 1 week, I will apply to the consumer arbitration committee. I will now try to get my money through legal means. Don't shop on the Camper website. Disgrace.

Camper 2 Year Warranty

I ordered a pair of Ground MICHELIN boots from Camper in December of 2021. After wearing the shoes for one day, the stitching on the shoe tounge began to unravel. Because Camper advertises a two year warranty on their shoes, I took the shoes to a local Camper shop to be inspected or fixed. The sales representative accused me of stitching the shoe myself, stating that "these shoes don't come with stitching on the tounge." If she was correct, then the tounge would just be a piece of frayed fabric. I was very confused and offended, because I didn't alter the shoes at all! I then submitted the issue to their online warranty service. The online warranty service said that there was nothing wrong with the shoe. These boots were $250 and unraveled after one wear! I am so dissapointed by the customer service and false advertising about the 2 year warranty. I love camper shoes, but they gaslight me into thinking it was my fault that the shoe is poorly made. Is there anyway to make this right?

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund or store credit.

Camper Camper shoes customer service

I purchased a gift card to defray the cost of the item (shoes). I clicked "apply" gift card. I clicked "Paypal" to complete the purchase. The company then charged the entire amount to Paypal. I immediately sent an email to them. I was unable to reference the order number, because I didn't have one.

I then clicked "chat" and was told the matter was being looked into.

A day later, with no response, I emailed them again.

I then received a note saying the Paypal had been charged the correct amount.

I called customer service to resolve this, and was connected with someone who does not speak English (ok, but why staff a customer service line for US customers?).

She told me to send everything in an email. I told her I had already done so, and she had no further advice.

Desired outcome: I want my card to be refunded, and the money I spent on the gift card returned to me. The shoes are cute, but this is not how to treat customers.

Camper Unacceptable delay and lack of communication regarding order

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the handling of my recent order placed with Camper. I placed the order a staggering 25 days ago, and despite repeated attempts to seek information on its status, I have not received any satisfactory response from your team.

Initially, I was informed that my order had been handed over to the shipping company. However, after contacting the shipping company directly, I was dismayed to learn that they had no record of receiving my order. This discrepancy raised serious concerns about the efficiency and accuracy of your order processing system.

In my desperation to seek answers, I have tried reaching out to your company through various channels, including emails and social media, only to be met with complete silence. This lack of communication is both distressing and unprofessional, as it leaves me feeling abandoned as a valued customer.

Moreover, each time I call your customer service, I am provided with conflicting information, assuring me that my order is in Turkey and will be delivered within 2 or 3 days. Regrettably, it has now been 10 days since those assurances, and I am yet to receive any updates or my long-awaited order.

Camper 0795170A 41 made in Spain

Have bought stylish but cheaper brands that keep on keeping on so do lift your game Camper. SO disappointing that these lovely shoes soles broke and split down.

I have just left them in the wardrobe because they leak and are of no use. As you can see the upper is not worn but the soles are so low quality that they have split. It would not be acceptable even at a lower price point.

I used to love Camper style and quality.

The soles have just eroded away.

Desired outcome: Voucher for another pair or send them somewhere for repair. I Improve in future. Goody bag to make up for the disappointment.

Camper formal shoes

Ordered a pair of formal shoes online because of their promising quality. But the customer service is the worst i ever experienced. They can turn a size exchange case into a very complicated one and I can neither receive the refund or exchange for three weeks from now. Terrible customer service as nothing they can help even though I called them and emailed them many times. Can you imagine? There are som many choices in this price range honestly.

Camper Karst K201317-005

I wanted to make a complaint about women's sports shoes. In March I ordered Karst shoes order number [protected].

After a month of wear, the surface of the leather began to fade as if it were worn. It takes place in the right shoe in the ankle area. I am very pleased with the shoes, but the discoloration affected the aesthetics of the shoes. I am interested in the same pair free from defects. Please let me know how to make a possible return without incurring high shipping costs abroad.

Camper Camper quality, warranty and customer support is horrible

I bought pair of gortex campers in October 2022 in NYC store.

6 months later the material inside of the back top part on one of the shoes slept down. It created uncomfortable bulge that rubs against back of the foot.

Contacted customer service, describing my problem and attached photos as well.

After five days they responded that it’s not enough evidence of the damage.

Six month for $260 shoes is kind of ridiculous.

Camper warranty is bogus and a sham.

Camper slow refund and landline costs

I returned my order but I didn't receive my full refund after a month.

When I was waiting for my refund, I tried to email them and called them multiple times. and they told me you should receive my refund soon, and still, nothing happened.

And the worst part is: their landline call is not free, and their website doesn't remind you of that, and you will need to pay the bill when you try to request your refund by calling them, what a joke and disgusting company. Now I didn't have my refund and I have to pay some extra bills because of calls

Camper Shoes

I bought few of your shoes, which I don’t wear regularly because I can’t find me in my country.

However I was disappointed at Christmas day when I wanted to wear my shoes and realised that they have a terrible crack underneath.

I’m starting to get worried because I have 4 (four) of these shoes which are still fairly new and I don’t wanna loose them in a similar way.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate if you replace the shoes.

Camper A purchase that was made as a Christmas present

I purchased a pair of shoes as a Christmas present because I bought them in October. I called at asked to do an exchange and they told me that because I bought them at the end of October they would no exchange them for something else. I am not asking for my money back. I am asking to purchase another pair of shoes. The company has refused to do an exchange. Poor business. I buy these shoes often and cannot understand why they cannot do a simple exchange.

Camper Returns

I purchased boots for £155 on 22nd October, returned them (wrong size) on 3rd Nov.

It is now the 26th of November and I have received no refund.

I have called up a total of four times, each time the operator has confirmed that the boots are at the warehouse.

One operator opened a case for me, and I have an email on the 22nd of November saying that my 'refund will be processed shortly'.

The Friday of that same week I call again and the staff member says the refund should be with me in 24 hours. Nothing.

I call again on the 26th and this operator tells me that it can take 5/10 working days for the money to arrive.

I ask why, given that I have already waited so long and banking is immediate. She says she does not know.

Absolutely ridiculous process, would never shop there again, company clearly does not have the most basic processes in place, and given the price of the products, that is appalling.

Camper Shoe soles are polymerized

Shoe soles have been polymerized (falling apart).

unfortunately i dont have the receipt. The purchase has been made before corona in 2020. I bought them from a shoe shop in Nea Ionia, suburb of Athens, Greece.

But it is obvious from shoes' condition that they have been hardly worn.

Shoes are not used much and were kept into a closet inside home. Camper shoes are expensive in Greece, I do not believe how they fell apart!

Camper Thelma pink boots

The shoes are pink and the inside is black… and guess what ? The inside color the outside. Just check the pictures… it’s so sad, Camper is the worst, I’m really mad. I write to the customer service and they just say after like two weeks that there is no manufacturing problem, seriously ? So disrespectful, it’s a shame….

Camper Defective quality of material

On November 24, 2021, I purchased a pair of Camper Brutus. In February, there was a mild snowfall, less than an inch, that caught me walking my dog. I only spent 10 minutes walking in this little snow and, on returning, I noticed that the soles on my shoes showed marks of wear. The photos I have attached were taken a couple of days later. I didn't wear my boots again in the snow. Apart from the look of the sole, the shoes feel slippery if the ground is not dry. Generally, the soles are burnt, which is unnatural for boots. We are supposed to wear them in winter, under any circumstances, rain, snow, anything. I have always been happy with my Camper shoes and this is the first time I am filing a complaint.

Camper Upright leather ankle boots

I bought these shoes a few months ago from Farfetch and after wearing them a couple of times throughout the winter - this is the result (as shown in photos). The boats ripped from the front and there is a white stain does not go away. The white stain does not go even after I have polished the shoes a few time - it reappears. I've only worn these boots throughout January and February and I am disappointed with outcome.

Camper Return order - unacceptable customer support

There is a great confusion with your customer service department!

I made 2 order returns on 21 january.

My orders are [protected] and [protected].

No one response to my orders and after several days and several email to your company they send me an email to inform me that dhl will come to pick up the packages today but they didn t sent me the dhl pdf files with the tracking code!

So the dhl came and left!

What is wrong with your department?

Camper Shoes London covent garden store

I bought a pair of boots in store (London, Covent Gsrden). Since they didn't have the right size in store, I proceed to pay and order a delivery from their warehouse to the store for pick up within 3-5 working days (order number is T00QBA1000074904).

Ten days later, I had emails from the local courier as they couldn't deliver because there was nobody in store to accept the order. They tried twice. After the third attempt they would return the item to the warehouse.

I tried calling and emailing Camper, but never got a reply. I contacted the courier but I couldn't change the delivery address as I didn't place the order.

So I went to the store, which had no manager at that time!, and the staff couldn't solve the issue.. I spent an hour trying to find solutions but the manager over the phone didn't offer anything realistic (for instsnce, they found I could pay 'again' for the boots and get them from another camper store!?). I wasted an hour of my time with no solution.

Now they want me to go back to the store but I can't possibly spend more time and money on a product I paid for more than 10 days ago.

This service is a joke, and they don't care at all about customer service.

At this point, I paid over £80 ten days ago, for boots I'll never see. help please!
