Wolf & Badger Unsatisfactory Experience with Wolf & Badger: Frustrations with Canceling Subscription and Customer Service

As someone who has had the opportunity to work with Wolf & Badger, I must say that my experience was less than satisfactory. While I initially signed up for their online platform in hopes of promoting my brand, it soon became clear to me that their services were not a good fit for my business. Unfortunately, when I attempted to cancel my membership and move on from the platform, I quickly encountered a number of issues.

Despite notifying the company well in advance of my intention to cancel my subscription, I found that I was still charged an expensive membership fee of ?234 after the fact. This was incredibly frustrating, particularly as I had taken all the steps necessary to cancel my membership beforehand. Even more frustrating, though, was the fact that I was unable to get in touch with a real person over the phone in order to resolve the issue. It seemed as though there was no way to stop the monthly fees from accumulating, even if I was no longer active on the site.

That being said, I would urge small business owners to be aware of the potential frustrations associated with using Wolf & Badger. While some users may have a positive experience with their services, it's clear that not all brands are a good fit for their platform. I only wish that my experience had been a bit more positive, and that I could have found a way to resolve the issues I encountered with their team.

I recently had a disappointing experience ordering from Wolf & Badger, an online retailer that offers a curated selection of independent and ethical designers. You see, I had fallen in love with what I thought was the perfect dress for an upcoming event and decided to place an order with them. Given that my event was just a week away, I eagerly awaited my delivery, which was estimated to arrive promptly.

Unfortunately, two days after my scheduled delivery, I grew concerned and inquired about the status of my order. I was shocked and devastated to learn that the dress I had ordered was actually never available in the first place. Not only had they failed to inform me of this, but it was far too late for me to find an alternative dress for my event. The only remedy Wolf & Badger offered was a refund and a brief, seemingly insincere apology.

It goes without saying that I found this to be a distressing experience and a major letdown. Not only had I been looking forward to receiving my dress, but I felt as though I had been led on by false advertising. Moreover, I believe that Wolf & Badger's approach to customer service in this situation was unacceptable - it's one thing to make an honest mistake, but it's quite another to leave a customer high and dry with little to no consideration for the inconvenience caused.

Sadly, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and made me hesitant to order from Wolf & Badger again. While I appreciate their efforts to promote independent and ethical designers, their disorganized and disappointing customer service makes it hard to trust them in the future.

Wolf & Badger Wolf & Badger Review: Frustrating delivery mishap leads to lost purchase and poor customer service

I recently purchased a set of four teacups and saucers from Wolf & Badger. Unfortunately, I never received the items even though the website showed that they were delivered to my address. After contacting the company, I received an email from a customer service representative who sent me a picture of the house where the items were delivered. As I looked at the picture, it was evident that the house was not my address. I responded to the email with pictures of my house to clear up any confusion, but still did not receive my order nor received a refund.

It was highly frustrating to deal with such an inconvenience because I had been looking forward to using those teacups and saucers. The worst part was that Wolf & Badger refused to send me a replacement set despite admitting that the items had been delivered to the wrong address. It was disappointing to see a company lose their integrity in such situations, especially when it was not my fault.

Wolf & Badger Negative experience with Wolf & Badger: Poor customer service and complicated returns

When it comes to online shopping, it's understandable that we all want a seamless, user-friendly experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, my interactions with Wolf & Badger have been less than satisfactory, leaving me with a negative impression of their brand.

Initially, I thought that Wolf & Badger was similar to Etsy, providing a platform for independent creators to showcase and sell their unique products. However, it soon became clear that they act more as an intermediary between manufacturers and consumers, with very few employees managing the entire process.

My biggest issue arose when I purchased an item, only to have to return it due to it not meeting my expectations. What should've been a straightforward process turned into a real hassle, as I had to ship the item back to the actual manufacturer overseas. But the worst part was that I never received a refund from Wolf & Badger.

I tried contacting them several times, both through phone calls and emails, but to no avail. Their customer service is almost non-existent, with no one picking up the phone or responding to my emails.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using Wolf & Badger for your online shopping needs. Not only was my experience less than stellar, but I also discovered that many of the same items can be purchased directly from the manufacturers, bypassing the need to deal with Wolf & Badger altogether.

From my personal experience with Wolf & Badger, I can confidently say that my encounters with this company have been less than satisfactory. I had ordered a Rixo dress during the holiday season, but unfortunately had to return it after 14 days. As a result, they refused to issue a refund, leaving me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed.

To make matters worse, Wolf & Badger subsequently stopped stocking this brand, limiting my options and making it difficult to justify spending another ?315 on their website. I soon realized that individual items on their website also came with high shipping fees, prompting me to reconsider my shopping options altogether.

Unfortunately, my interactions with this company did not get any better over time. Despite the ongoing pandemic, their customer service seemed to remain below par and they continued to deny my refund requests. After two long years of waiting, I have finally given up on getting my money back and decided to just let them keep it.

Overall, my experience with Wolf & Badger was a regrettable one. As someone who regularly shops for clothes online, I was sorely disappointed by their lack of consideration for their customers and their poor quality of service. In light of my negative experiences, I would strongly recommend that others stay away from this company and explore other options for their shopping needs.

Wolf & Badger Disappointing Experience with Wolf & Badger: Misinformation and Inconsistencies

Wow, what an incredibly frustrating experience with Wolf & Badger. I recently ordered a Bowie jumpsuit from their website and, to my dismay, the item was listed as out of stock after my money had already been taken. I contacted customer service to inquire about a delivery date and was informed that the item was back in stock, only to receive another email shortly after explaining that this was a mistake and the item was still out of stock. I was then notified that the item had been both shipped and refunded - leaving me completely lost and unsure of what was going on.

To add to the confusion, I discovered that the item was actually listed on the website at a different, sale price! I contacted customer service again and was met with yet another apology for the mistake. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend shopping with Wolf & Badger. It's troublesome enough to go through this process once, but having it happen twice with no resolution is simply unacceptable.

Wolf & Badger Wolf & Badger Review: Appalling Customer Service and Frustration with Returns Process. Would Not Recommend

My experience with Wolf & Badger was far from satisfactory, and if it were up to me, I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is appalling and it is near-impossible to get in touch with anyone over the phone. Furthermore, they do not keep you updated via email, which is frustrating when you are trying to resolve an issue with them.

Recently, I had to return two items and decided to package them together, which turned out to be a mistake. Apparently, they have to be returned separately, even if they are going to the same brand. This means that if you have to return multiple items to different brands, you have to send back several different parcels.

To make matters worse, I have not received any update from the company regarding the receipt of the other item I sent back and I have been charged for it. On top of that, the price of the first item I had returned has now changed, leaving me out of pocket and with a measly refund of just ?2.93.

The whole experience has been confusing, upsetting and frustrating, and I rarely leave negative reviews but I am honestly at my wit’s end with Wolf & Badger. If you are considering shopping with them, please be careful.

When it comes to independent brands seeking to reach a wider audience, Wolf & Badger's B Corp certification might appear enticing at first glance. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that this company leaves much to be desired in regards to transparency and fairness.

One of the biggest concerns with Wolf & Badger is their lack of financial reporting to the brands they work with. This makes it difficult for brands to determine their actual ROI, adding an unnecessary layer of hassle to the already demanding process of running a small business. Additionally, while brands are asked not to include any additional markups when pricing their products, Wolf & Badger itself will add markups as they see fit, without passing on any of the profits to the brands.

Furthermore, the emphasis on paid services such as public relations, social media opportunities, and analytics/insights seems to be overstated, with the services often fading away after a few months. Brands are required to do much of the legwork themselves, with Wolf & Badger serving little more than a middleman. Even their SEO guidance is inadequate, with basic information that can be found easily online.

Overall, Wolf & Badger appears more interested in making a profit for themselves than in supporting the independent brands they purport to serve. Brands may be better off investing their monthly subscription fees into hiring their own team of professionals.

Wolf & Badger Misleading Product Description: My Experience with Wolf & Badger's 18k Gold Earrings

I recently visited the online store Wolf & Badger in search of a beautiful pair of 18k gold earrings. I was excited to make my purchase, however, upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to find that the earrings were in fact sterling silver with a gold overlay. I recently had an experience with Wolf & Badger, an online fashion retailer that left a lot to be desired. I ordered a dress for £85 and had to pay an additional £10 for delivery. I recently placed an order on wolfandbadger.com and unfortunately, I encountered an issue which left me feeling disappointed with their customer service. I sent an email to their customer service team, explaining the problem but I never received a response. After a week had passed, I decided to give them a call, hopeful that I would be able to resolve my issue. However, I was left on hold for an incredibly long 52 minutes before I gave up.

Feeling exasperated, I decided to try the Live Chat option that was available on the website. However, when I clicked on the feature, I was greeted with a message that read "we're not here". This left me feeling stranded and as if there were no options available to me to fix the problem.

After experiencing such poor customer service, I honestly don't know what to do next. It's disappointing to think that I won't be able to rely on Wolf & Badger in the future, as I was impressed with their products. However, the lack of a response or any attempt to resolve my problem has left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. Wolf & Badger Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Wolf & Badger for Holiday Gift Order

As a person who values the ease and reliability of online shopping, I was left incredibly disappointed by my experience with Wolf & Badger. My husband had kindly ordered a gift for me on the 11th of the month, with an expected shipping date of the 16-18th. However, we received only one email from them regarding a delay in processing the order, which was sent on the 16th.

Since then, we've tried reaching out to the company via various means, including both email and phone, yet have received zero response from their customer service team. It's truly frustrating to have no communication or update on the status of our order, especially during the busy holiday season.

What's particularly irksome is that, as we've tried calling the company's listed phone number, the loop on the line send us back to emailing them. This has left us feeling as if our business isn't valued or appreciated, and we're considering reporting this unprofessionalism to the Better Business Bureau once the holiday season is over.

In short, I'm extremely disappointed by what promised to be a great online shopping experience, but ended up being incredibly frustrating. Additionally, I hope that Wolf & Badger can turn this unfortunate situation around and improve their communication with their customers in the future.

Wolf & Badger Disappointing delivery and customer service from Wolf & Badger

When it comes to online shopping, one of the most important factors for many of us is timely delivery. Unfortunately, Wolf & Badger does not seem to have very prompt shipment practices. In fact, my order took a full 12 days to arrive after I placed it - which is certainly a longer wait than I had hoped for.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact customer support to check on the status of my order, I found that several of the email addresses were not functioning properly. Even after I copied in an additional address, I was still left without any response to my inquiries.

In the end, I didn't actually hear back from the company until after I had already received my order. At that point, I received some advice to check my spam folder, but no apology for the delayed delivery or admission that their service had been less than satisfactory.

Overall, while Wolf & Badger may offer some appealing products, their delivery and customer service leaves much to be desired. If you're looking to make a purchase from this retailer, be prepared for a wait and don't expect much in the way of communication or support along the way.
