I have now sent email after email. i have tried to contact mr price several times. i am very disappointed in the service as i have paid extra to have my order delivered to me with in 2-3 working days. i have paced my order on the 19th of des and still nothing. NOW when i got hold of someone after how many calls and emails i was told there is a delay in shipping, however why then pay extra for shipping it it wont be on time? then mr price is telling me they will refund me half of my shipping fees? that is not the point i put my order in so that i can have it before Christmas. I would like to cancel my order I will not deal or recommend Mr price online to anyone again as it is a very unreliable and complicated manner of business.

I purchased golfers as I usually do for my office year end party. This year the fabric that was used is different and actually shrunk a full size after first wash. I have pictures of the golfers in question and wanted buyers to know that this is not in keeping with the standards Mr Price had previously. please contact me

airtime not loaded
I bought R150.00 cellc airtime from my store account using USSD *140#
I have been calling customer service since Thursday 14 December 2017, today is 20th December 2017 and i have not receive my airtime, but the airtime purchase has already been deducted from my store account. This is ridiculous! and its not the first time happening, your customer service sucks big time. I will close my Mr price store account.

I did buy a 3pk woven check on saterday at kollonade sleeping pants. The store refuse my husband to fit. ...when we fit it the night we found the make is small. I wanted to return it yesterday at Bela bela store and was told that they will not change it. I will see it won't happen. I feel that then we should be allowed to fit before. This is unacceptable. Even the tops that I bought for him was small make. I already bought the xl but I feel you should return the large

Dear Sir/Madam, yesterday i went to do an exchange of clothing item at the new Phola Mall, KwaMhlanga (Mpumalanga province). The store manager named Maria at your shop did not assist me with my request because i ddnt have the slip. In fact she gave me an unhelpful attitude and other customers at the store suffered from the same unfriendly attitude. bad and unfair service
I purchased clothes at Mr Price Mall of Africa on the 16th December 2017. I paid using the bank card and the transaction went through and I received a bank notification by sms. Then I was told by the cashier that the transection did not go through as the eft machine went offline. I showed her the sms from the bank that indeed the transection went through. I was told that the store did not get the money and I have to pay again for the items for me to get the items. I refused to pay again as I had already paid for the items. The store manager was called and she did not assist with anything. At the end In left the store without the items bought for as well as no refund for the money debited in my account. I am so soooo disappointed with the bad service Mr price offered. I don't wish anyone to support the business and I will never set my foot in that store, EVER.

I am an old and honest customer of Mr Price and I have never given Mr Price hard-time about paying my account but to my surprise I was handed over to the lawyers for something that I didn't receive . I have call your office several times to try and fix this matter to explain myself that I didn't receive this item and again I never cancel it either, but I was so unfortunate that people I spoke to kept on saying its going to be investigated and fixed, but it seems was never attended by anyone .I feel that I have been treated very unfairly by Mr Price company merely because I do not have rights and the money is busy rising for something I didn't take. It is so unfair .If poor people are going to be treated like this in the world then its very tough.

At about two months ago I was robbed with my cell phone. I contacted MRP Mobile to lock the sim card and requested a new sim card. I was told that a new sim card will be couriered to me within 5 to 7 days.
I received an sms that the courier service RAM couriers is on their way to deliver the new sim card. The courier service contacted me for directions and was given to then. I heard further nothing from. I traced the reference no on RAM couriers website to find that is noted that they can't get hold of me and parcel was sent back to MRP Mobile. I contacted MRP Mobile again and informed me they will send the courier service again. This was now in beginning of November. Ram courier send me again a sms with tracking reference number. Again RAM courier contacted me that the parcel is on it's way. After a week track the reference number on RAM Courier's website to find the same story. I contacted MRP Mobile again and they gave me the same story that I was not available. Meantime I pay the monthly subscription fee without a sim card. I asked for the complaints department without any success. I as customer is now very angry for things I pay but for nothing.
non delivery and bad service
[protected]- i placed an order for a 6 seater table on 30 November 2017 and made a payment the same day. I was promised delivery in 3-5 days, on the 9th when i tried to track my order i found out it was placed on hole. I contacted the customer service number and was told it because the vase i ordered with the table is out stock and they asked if the order should be shipped anyways, i said yes ship the table and credit for the items that are out of stock. The order is still on hold no one can tell me why, everytime i contact them i get told they are investigating however the table is ready to ship. the order to date is still on hold and noone knows why. by the looks of it i wont hv this table by Christmas.
Second issue
[protected] i requested a return for this item, i was informed im not allowed to return furniture to the store they will send a courrier. to date i hv no feedback on why it hasnt been picked u or when it will be picked. another investigation is being done.
pathetic service

I have been a loyal customer of your stores, since the age of 15 years.
I often received great service from of your stores in (Clearwater) which is one of the reasons I shop at Mr Price.
But to my surprise today (Tuesday the 12th of December 2017) I was at the receiving end of a pathetic poor service from one of your stores in Dobsonville Mall (Soweto).
I bought 25 items at Clearwater Mall on Sunday. So i had to return some shoes as my daughter didn't like them (Mr Price Dobsonville Mall)
One of your store associate( Mpho Makubela) asked me what was wrong with the shoes, I said my daughter didn't like them, he was so rude and arrogant and said to me "but mam they were chosen by you" i was so shocked to hear that hey.
I asked him who was his manager, he then called him, he only said to me we will talk to him walking away from me. I said to him hats your store managers name he said "Ndondo" i asked him is it a name they know him of at Head Office he said yes. Is this how your store associates suppose to conduct themselves?
Oh and the last thing, the shop had a bad stench, please sort it out!

two different size labels on one item
I bought my nephew a skinny jean on the tag it said 6/7 years ohk thats the perfect size for him. He went to go visit his grandmother. When he came back I noticed the jean was way too tight and short since he left home without wearing it. When i looked closer on the white label under the black one it had 5/6 years instead of 6/7. I am so disappointed since most of the time i have to buy clothes for my family without them being present and depending on the the sizes on the clothes.
bed cover set
I bought a queen size duvet cover with two pillow cases about 3 weeks ago. It was quite pricey being R600 so not the cheapest in store. The price made me assume it would be better quality as cheaper covers in the store so I opted for the more expensive better quality product. I put it on the bed immediately after purchase. The first morning I saw a button came loose (I picked it up from the carpet). I wasn't happy about this being used for one night but thought I would just sew it back on, its only a loose button. I went back to the store to buy extra pillow cases and mentioned this to the cashier. She asked why I did not return it. My response was that I've used it that night so did not want to return a duvet cover and pillow cases used and if I return it washed it might not be accepted back. She responded that another client brought back the same set, but that customer did wash it first. She said a lot of the colour washed out on the first wash and colour faded. I decided to just repair and keep the set. This morning my husband showed me one of the pillow cases tore open at the seem. It hasn't been used for more than 3 weeks, not been washed and already coming apart. It is not even worth R10 for that quality not to mention R600.
I would never consider buying bedding from Mr Price Home again.
I bought a set from Volpes years ago for quite cheap, wash it regularly and still going strong.
The set I bought from mr price is bad quality and my duvet moves around in it and crumples up.
I am very unhappy having wasted R600 which is truly a lot of money to me.

To date I have not received my order.
Thats 2 full weeks, 10 working days and still in processing?
This is unacceptable. How can you expect me to uphold my side of the sales agreement when you have failed thus far to provide me with the goods and the services entered into online?
Clearly you have deducted my account and expect me to pay my installment?
Ive sat on the phone for 65minutes waiting fir customer care to answer only to be dropped before anyone can tske my call.
I have logged numerous queries regarding my order and finally I received a response other than automated BS.
This response was to tell me that Reagan Naicker has resolved my issue and that delivery will take place.
The delivery date has lapsed and still no ine has called me to set up a delivery date or time?
Further more this still has not been resolved and no one has taken sny ownership of my order and made contact with me.
Please send my order thats still in processing or refund my account immediately.

bad service from mr price cape gate

I was in the Cape Gate store on Tuesday the 5th of November 2017.I purchase a shorts for the amount of R119.99. I did not have the invoice with me i don't want the refund i just wanted to purchase a jeans.
When i came to the till point the item show R75.00 which i did not paid on at the time i was very upset i ask Geraldine the manager to look it up in to the system. she inform me they cant look for cash customers only account customers, to my disappointment as Mr Price is such a huge company and they cant look for an item that was purchased two days ago.The item that i purchase is not suitable i am a regular customer of Mr Price but after last night i really don't know anymore.Can some one please assist me asap please im Feroza my contact no: [protected].

I must say your Customer Service is absolutely pathetic. Sitting on hold for hours just to be cut of several times and not have any assistance in a simple matter of cancelling the insurance on my account.
I have called in initially on the 06/12/2017 several times to be given an email address that I should email with my ID number sending in a request to cancel the Insurance. I have done this and was told I would receive an SMS notification that it was received. I have not received this SMS to date.
I have phoned in again today on the 08/12/2017, only to be cut of 3 times and give a second email address that was not confirmed if my email had gone through.
If I do not get any assistance this week I will be posting on how pathetic the MRP Group service is on your Facebook wall as well as closing my account.

I placed an order online and waited for confirmation to collect it at Mr Price Blue Route. Once I got the email confirmation, I decided to call the branch to double check if my order was in actual fact there. After being told twice to hold by two different employees working at the branch, the phone was put down. While holding, I heard numerous employees talking in the background but no one to actually help me. Now I don't know how things work at this Mr. Price but I am disgusted by the service that I got. The first lady told me to hold and then she fled. Is their job not to assist people?! If not, then I honestly don't know why these people are getting paid cause they clearly do not have the best interest of their customers at heart. Also after my first attempt calling, I called again and there was no answer. Well done Mr. Price Blue Route, you sure know how to keep your customers from leaving.
amplify portable charger

I have an issue with an item that I have purchased on Mr.Price online.
It is an Amplify Portable Charger (Power Bank)
I ordered the item on the 21 November 2017.
The item only got delivered on the 30 November 2017.
On the 5 of December when used for the first time, I had encountered that it does not charge my device or give it more that 20% battery life before the power bank itself has to be charged again. I then Recharged the power bank and then on the 6 of December it was doing the exact thing.
I went to the Adderley street store on the 7 of December 2017 at 10:06 and I was told that I cannot return this item. It is a no return item.
M problem is I do not want this item because it does not work and I do not want an item that I cannot use as it is promised to be used. According to your guys policies I may return for refund or credit if it is within the 30 calendar day period. I went to your store and nothing was done about this. i would really like an email in black and white stating that I may return this item tomorrow. I have the proof of payment (delivery note). I would like to purchase something else instead.
I cannot have an item that simply does not work. I have only had the item for 5 days until I encountered the issue with the product. I gave it another chance by testing it for another day and it still does not work. I went to the store and nothing was done. Please do something about this because I do not want this product any longer. I have never encountered such an experience with Mr.Price before until now. I would like to have it resolved by the end of the day for my return of the item tomorrow.

My mother took out a phone contract with Mr Price Mobile a year ago. Soon after doing so her bank account was inundated with debit orders for things she never agreed to, over and above what she signed up for. We later managed to stop this criminal behaviour and stopped all unlawful billings on her account. However, the company didn't stop there they kept sending her SMS demanding payment for airtime billing she never used or received from them. After numerous calls and promises from Mr Price Mobile customer call center consultants that they will rectify this erroneous activities apologising for the errors they nevertheless cut off service last month and demander more than R400 billing fees to be paid. This billing was off course not correct because my mother pays R130 every month for R129 contract every month (note she pays R1.00) more than what she should pay. She received R100 airtime as per her contract and once she uses R100 airtime she gets no other airtime and has to load prepaid airtime to continue for that month. Never had she ever received any more airtime beyond the R100 she gets. This has been explained to them and every time they apologized and promised to rectify mistakes yet the problem continues and they still demand payment for service she never received. Please help us in resolving this issue.

I am disgusted with the service I recieved from the sales staff at Mr Price Centurion. I, myself work in retail and know the importance of customer service. I would like to be contacted with my service recieved so that I can also be told how this will be rectified.
I was enquiring about the price of a bikini bottom, that had no price and was vissable that it had been worn. After half an hour of waiting and no answers could be provided, as well as a very cheeky attitude. It was told I can get R10 discount. I was appauled. I complained about customer service recieved to the manager who was giving me the worst attitude. She rolled my eyes at me.

delay in delivery and refund
I placed an order on the 28.12.2017 and made payment the same day. My order was delivered on Monday the 4th December, it was missing two items (they were out of stock). I called and was told a refund will be done only after 24-48 hours. So if it is done on the 48th hours, I would be refunded on Thursday, the 7th December. I dont understand why everything has to be delayed, their system takes time to update the status of the order, then i still have to be inconvenienced with a delayed refund...!

Good day, I signed up a few years ago with Mr Price 360 Degree account holder option. I logged a case with Mr Price Wynberg in the month of march or April. I have been in the store numerous occasions in the store for a follow up and what makes me even more upset is that it not just take time and money but effort. I left my contact details with Mr Price to conatct me back with feedback however no response. I have an account holder never once received any feedback . They have promised when signing up with the deal that they wood assist me as their client with funds to get my valuables back like my drivers license, id document act but the only party that is keeping their agreement is me as im still paying for the insurance. Its now literally almost a year and I still did not get any feedback. I hope posting on here I would get feedback. VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT OF THE MR PRICE GROUP
