Walked into your store today with the intention on purchasing shoes for me and my two sons. Your lazy manager didn't want to do nothing, I couldn't even get him to look at a shoe you had on display to tell me if the shoe was in my size, he told me, "You can do it" when I asked. There was no way I was going to spend 700.00 in a store with terrible customer service. So good luck with your manager

I purchased Lebrons with the 4 straps for my 4 year old son for Christmas. He has only worn the sneakers a few times because the straps won't stay velcroed together. These were purchased for him to use for basketball but unfortunately he can't even use them for that purpose. Is there a way to be reimbursed for the sneakers so that I may purchase a different pair.

How can be explained the fact that they sent me a wrong item? I ordered men's tsugi (Black | white) by puma, size 10.5, I received 13 instead.
I am not mistaken because it can be easily checked in my orders history and it's clearly stated that I ordered the 10.5 size.
Oh well, I contacted them and asked what to do and how they were going to resolve this issue. They said I have nothing to worry about, I just had to send the shoes back at my expense! Excuse me, don't you confuse anything? Whose fault was it? Mine or yours? Why do I have to pay? Who cares about your privacy rules if you yourself don't honor them?
