I am a long time customer of your franchise!
This was the worst experience I have ever had!
On arrival I was told that it would be a least 30 to 45 minutes! That was OK! It turned out to be 90 plus minutes! the car behind me got in before me and got out 20 minutes ahead as well! The technician was the least experienced and needed assistance to remove the oil filter! Also I needed the air filter replaced which ended up being the old one reinstalled as that filter wasn't available! Next the oil gage was low so more oil was added after being changed!
The shop was busy but most of the shop employees gaggled in the center and the poor technician had to keep asking for help! I ended up leaving with a sense of dread that I would have problems!
I paided for the air filter and was told it will be installed when it comes in!
I was so disappointed!

Desired outcome: a future reduction in price! A better run shop and supervision and training!
