I would highly recommend Orange Blossom Auto Glass. Their technicians are first class, replaced the windshield in my wife's KIA Sportage while it was parked in our driveway at home. They are prompt, knowledgeable and their workmanship is excellent. I would especially like to thank Angel and A.J. for a job very well done. If I should ever need auto glass/window replacement or repair, I would contact Orange Blossom Auto Glass above all others without hesitation.

Great Service! Rock hits windshield 9am...I called OrangeBlossom Autoglass around 4pm. They were extremely helpful, considerate, and friendly over the phone (thanks BB) and service was scheduled for the next day. 9-12. My windshield was cracked serviced and replaced within 24 hours of incident. Very impressive and Joseph and his colleague were both courteous and respectful and careful with my car. I would highly recommend these folks for great and timely service. Well done!

I had a small chip in my window and did not want it to spread. After studying ComplaintsBoard.com Accredited A+ businesses on the Better Business site, I selected Orange Blossom Auto Glass. They were prompt in setting up an appointment. The technician came to my house and fixed the chip. The chip is now almost unnoticeable. The technician was courteous and efficient and arrived in the appointment window. Orange Blossom Auto Glass emailed a receipt shortly after the repair. I am very pleased with the service.

Do not use this company.i gave a great review until my windshield started leaking. I was told they wouldn't honor the warranty because of rust. They lied and said they told my husband. They didn't. The guy doing it didn't speak English. They lied and said they sent pictures, they didn't until I complained my cup holders were full of water because it leaked so bad. The only honored my wishes to fix when I called my insurance company and told them not to pay until they fixed the problem. Now they're suing. Beware!

I happened to be getting the run around from another glass replacement vendor and found positive reviews for Orange Blossom Auto Glass. I gave them a call and when they told me they could install the replacement glass brand I was looking for that was what I wanted to hear. The installer that came out to install the windshield had been doing this work for over 20 years. He was very familiar with German automobiles. I don't think it took him 75 minutes to complete the job. Everything looks as if it came from the factory. Very happy with Orange Blossom Auto Glass and the installer.

First, you lied to me about the glass being defective and never showed up to install it. The next day, your installer showed up and informed me that he didn't have the rubber molding for the rear window of my daughter's 2002 Honda Accord. Ashley, the person I spoke to on the phone, laughed when I expressed my frustration and I demanded a refund. However, an installer named Joey *** texted me and said he could install the rear window. Joey and his assistant came and did an exceptional job, and they apologized for the previous mishap. Orange Blossom Glass really needs to improve their customer service, but Mr. Joey *** provided outstanding customer service.

Orange blossoms upfront customer service experience is superior to what is currently available in today's current market. From taking my specific glass order requirements to dealing with my insurance company they are knowledgeable and professional. I did find that the execution side of scheduling and installation service could use improvement. In conclusion however they did what they said they were going to do provided with they said they were going to provide and I couldn't have be happier with the results at the endOf my experience. I would give them an A - rating . They are superior to their competitors in todays market place. I would certainly use them again and plan to do so in the future

As a repeat customer, I expected more. I scheduled my appt on 12/20 for 12/22 between 10:00-2:00 and never received a confirmation call. I called 12/22 around 10:23 to verify my appt and it was confirmed. Called again around 2:42 to find out what was going on and received a call back around 3:11 that the appt was not going to happen. The appt was rescheduled for 10/23 between 7:00-8:00. I had to call again around 8:08 to see what was going and was contacted for the first time by the tech around 8:34 that he was over an hour out. He came and replaced my window only for me to find out later that day that he broke a piece off my truck and said nothing. I rate this time poor and unacceptable. I am usually a very understanding person, but I scheduled on the 20th and did not hear from a tech until 12/23 after two missed appt. Elease C

Never received window I purchased for $203. Have called 5+ times about receiving a refund and am kept being told a timeline that never happens. Not sure why they keep promising me I'll get the refund within a period of time and not doing it.

My windshield cracked and I contacted this company based on their promotions of a $50 cash back. They came out to my house and replaced the windshield. This was in Sept 2020. It's now Feb 2021 and they never sent the $50. I've called numerous times each week since then and they always claim that they sent it but no check ever came. They are liars and can't be trusted. I even called today and I get the same answer- they said the checked was mailed.

I had a windshield put into my car at my house. At the end of the process they taped the roof and removed it, and that's when paint got ripped off. They repaired it. The windshield was put in and taped to the roof to hold it in while the glue set. When they removed the tape, it took a strip of paint off about 1 inch by 8 inches. I got an estimate and had a ridiculous time trying to get it faxed over to them. I'm not even sure they got it yet. They keep giving me endless excuses on the phone when I call. This has been going on for about 3 months. There were endless problems trying to get it faxed from the paint shop, so I finally said snail mail it. Then I'd check to see if it got there and it didn't. This went on 10 to 20 times. I need a resolution to this nightmare. I hope you can fix it. Thanks, Orange Blossom Auto Glass.

Window Replacement was not installed correctly. Window will not go up or down. Before Tech touched the window it worked fine. I scheduled service from Orange Blossom Auto Glass and one of their techs came out to replace the window and while I was at work my wife was home so when he pulled up my wife handed him the keys to the car. The window was working fine going up and down before the window incident . When he completed the job he gave my wife the keys and told her the window wouldn't go up or down and told her that the window regulator is bad. And stated he could find one at the junk yard and fix it for $180. I called to speak to Management but I received call from Tech and he was very rude over the phone. So I called the office again and spoke to Management and she fail to take responsibility over the issue, and even questioned the integrity of my wife's car since it's a 2008. When closing the passenger door something is loose in the door.

They lied to me about issuing me a refund for services never rendered. My rear window was broken out so I contacted these people to replace it. They said they ordered my window and when they showed up to replace it they had the wrong window. The guy told me they would have the correct window the next day, but after contacting the company they said that they couldn't find my window so I asked them to just give me my money back and I will just find another company. This was over 2 weeks ago! Carolyn told us that they issued the redund and it could take 3-5 days to get my refund. Six days later my husband contacted the company again and they told him the refund has been issued to give it a few more days for it to clear the bank. Two days later still no refund and now Carolyn won't take our calls! I finally got threw to someone honest (kinda) now 2 weeks later, and she went threw my account and told me there is NO refund that was issued for my account. She put me on hold for about 10 minutes until another lady came on the line and said I needed to speak with Carolyn, I told he that she was avoiding my and my husband's calls. She said she was in a meeting and she will call me back, which of course NEVER happened!
