Mr. Lube Canada review: Oil change

Hi id like to file a complaint about the service I had done on sunday I had come in for a regular oil change and then your tch had told me that my oil drain plug had been stripped in the oil pan and that it was done from whoever had last performed my oil change. I have  been going to the same lube shop for the past 3 services and none of those times I had ever had a problem with this drain plug, now I bring this vehicle for its first time to you guys and its all of a sudden wrecked! I am extremely frustrated with this because the tech said he could barely get the plug to grab finger tight and recommended that I get it to a mechanic asap. Now I have to get a new oil pan installed on the vehicle plus I am out the amount of the oil change I had to pay from your facility because I cant even drive the car  since being at your location and its my only vehicle I work out of town can something be done about this matter!
