I submitted my Motorola smartphone under warranty at the authorized service center (Janak Communication CSR, Faridabad) on 15/06/2026. The phone suddenly switched off and is not turning on.
Despite several days having passed, I have not received any proper update regarding the repair status. The device is still under warranty, and the delay is causing inconvenience.
I request Motorola to provide an immediate status update and expedite the repair process. If any spare part is required, please inform me about the expected repair timeline.
