This is a scam. Phobio said they never received my phone, even though their own dashboard said it was received on 12/12/2025, 10 days before the deadline. When I provided the information, they replied and asked whether I wanted the $60 trade value. It was supposed to be $200 plus $60 and the phone, returned way in advance of the deadline, was in pristine, like new, condition as it's always been in a case. The trade-in program is a scam and I will NEVER buy another Motorola mobile phone and I'm taking this to the BBB and perhaps file a small claim in Eau Claire County Court, naming both Motorola and Phobio.

Claimed loss: At least $200 and perhaps $260 if Phobio says I have not approved the trade value in time. I hear that they just keep the phone.

Desired outcome: $260 and not a penny less.

My PERFECT CONDITION UNLOCKED device was inspected, but somehow it has NO VALUE over and above the base $60 discount. This is now a VERIFIED SCAM. I'll never buy another Motorola product of any kind.
