Moe's Southwest Grill Carry out Order

I put in a carry out order to Moe's. Estimated time was 819 PM (20 mins.) arrived at 819, called for carry out, was told it'd be right out. 20 mins later, called again - same response. Left at 9 PM and asked for a refund. They called me at 930 PM asking where I was, I told them I left, and they refused me a refund. See picture for details on location and order information.

Desired outcome: Refund

My 89 year old mother asked if I could get her tacos and I thought I would go to Moe's because I have eaten there a number of times before and liked the food. I got a three taco dinner plate to go. I love going to Moe's. however my last two visits have been horrible. 11/12/2020 the first time they completely screwed up my order by adding ingredients I didn't say, such as guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream. 12/2/2020 the second visit I ordered 4 joey bags of donuts, they got the order right but they were half the size they normally are. I am never going back. I want a refund for my last two visits

They employee made the worst burrito I ever had. They scrap the bottom of the pan and gave a teaspoon of black beans. I guess he was to lazy or didn't care to get more. I went to the Moe's at 8:15 pm tonight. My payment didn't go through at first for some technical matter and the manager yelled that I have to insert my card faster than I did. As I was trying to insert my card again he was shouting please please please wait. He clearly humiliated me in front of other customers and took his stress out on me. Very unprofessional and rude.

My beef burrito was made wrong. They added lettuce when I can not eat lettuce. I have dysphasia (difficulty swallowing). When I took a bite of my burrito, I choked on the lettuce. Moe's Southwest Grill Phone in order

Tried to order on line after braging about there catfish dinned was great was put on hold over 20 minutes! Called back to complaint and was given grief about calling back and got hung up on after calling back good place to eat if you do not make a call in order unless u do not mind being putting on hold forever and then trying to correct problem and given more! Grief about calling in the young lady needs a course in customer service and so does the sob male that answered the phone the 2nd time. Not a place I would recommend! Good luck on trying to get food here

Receipts are usually not provided unless requested. Scanner has been down for over 3 months. Phone number provided fails to generate rewards randomly 25 to 50 percent. Decmbers was supposed to hrant additional bonus rewards and did not. Amoint of chicke. Provided today was a small tablespoon if that. I recently visited this location and feel that I was given wrong size of dip and definitely not enough chips to go with it. Unfortunately I live a bit aways and didn't check bag til I was home.
