In 8/6/20, I placed an online order for nachos with steak. I placed the order online because I was in intense back pain and had been undergoing treatment all day. I was not in physical condition not to stand in line. Once I got home I discovered the order did not have the queso cheese. I could not eat it. Imagine eating steak and nachos without any type of cheese for moisture? I was not about to go back to the restaurant due to the severity of my pain. I was livid because I needed to eat something in order to take my medication. Also, the employees should pay closer attention to the orders being prepared. During this economic decline, no one wants to purchase food that cannot be consumed. This is exactly what happened in this situation, I had to throw the plate out. I could have spent less at taco bell and had an edible order rather than pay moes price and not be able to consume the order.
