Moe's Southwest Grill

My 89 year old mother asked if I could get her tacos and I thought I would go to Moe's because I have eaten there a number of times before and liked the food. I got a three taco dinner plate to go. When I got home my mother struggled with the container. The lid flipped off and her food was hurled onto the floor. It was too late to drive back to get more food.

I went to Moe's today to try again for my mother and explained what had happened. I asked if they might comp us the lost dinner and was told that they don't such things and only the General Manager could do such a thing. I was hoping for the kind of customer service that I get from other companies that have won me for life. It didn't happen.

Can I expect this experience to illustrate your customer service model?
