We placed an order to be picked up. My husband left in plenty of time to get there for the pre-arranged time. When he got there, our order was not ready for at least 25 minutes past the scheduled time. The quality was definitely not what we expect from Moe's. My husband's and son's orders were incorrect. I also take my granddaughters to Moe's, so I save my points. We were not given a receipt with the bar code, so when he returned home, I was unable to redeem for points. I believe I charged over $37.00. This was at the Moe's in Windsor, Ct. on 5/5/20. My check number is 610356. Would it be possible to be redeemed for my points. I think what disturbed my husband the most was an Asian girl working behind the counter was extremely rude, loud and using offensive language with a store full of customers. While I realize we are all under a lot of stress, and it was Cinco de Mayo, I don't think she was the representation that you want for your stores. Thank you.
