At 10:26am on 2/21/25 door open for service and I enter and employee standing around drinking his drink told me they are not serving me because it’s not yet 10:30am. Not to add all food is on the line and ready to go, if you’re closed why are your doors open to the public?!?! I politely asked him are you serious? That employee looked me directly in my face and said yes. 4 minutes left? I will never eat there again nor any of their locations.

Hi everyone! I just had the best time at Moe's in Market Square, Pittsburgh, PA! It was such a great experience, and I wanted to tell you all about it. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a really happy place. The food was delicious, as always, but what made my visit extra special was one of the employees there.
I was having a really tough time with their app when I was trying to order. It just wasn't working for me at all, and I was getting a little frustrated. But then, Carla came to the rescue! She was so incredibly helpful and sweet. She patiently helped me figure out the app, even though it was being super tricky. She was also very professional, which made me feel like I was in good hands.
What made Carla's kindness even more meaningful is something I shared with her. I recently had my third cancer surgery, and sometimes, even simple things can feel really overwhelming. When I told Carla about it, her understanding and compassion were just amazing. Her kindness was extremely grateful and appreciated. It's moments like these, when someone goes out of their way to be genuinely kind, that truly make a difference. She made me feel so much better, and her warmth really brightened my day. It's wonderful to know that there are people like Carla who bring such positive energy to their work. Thank you, Carla, for being so wonderful!
