I ordered food for curbside delivery online, but realized afterward that Hard Rock Sauce was not offered. I called the store to see that I could get the sauce added to my order, and every time I tried to speak, I was interrupted. After several times, I spoke up and said, "will you please listen to me.?" I did not raise my voice, but calmly asked to have the sauce added to my burrito. I was polite and thanked the man, hung up and drove to the restaurant. When I arrived there, I was greeted by a man who identified himself as Camden, and he said to me that "if I ever cussed out one of his employees ever again, he would refuse the order." I attempted to speak to him, he was abrasive, and I asked for his manager's name. He told me he was the manager, and that there was no other and walked back in the restaurant. I was rather surprised by this behavior, and called him back. I said to him that he didn't even bother to understand the matter from my perspective, and that I believed he handled the issue very unprofessionally. and he became more abrasive before I finally got angry; shortly thereafter, he hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable! The customer is always right, and Camden needs to be reprimanded. I also believe concessions should be made to me as well.
