Tonight we had a horrible experience at your Harding Pike Moe's in Nashville, TN on Sunday evening 2/16/2020 around 6:30pm. From the moment we walked in the door there was no greeting. Once we got up to give our order the new young man did his very best to work quickly and efficiently. While doing this a woman who seemed more seasoned came out with new bins of food. She saw this young man making taco and demeaned him by taking the taco away from him, said he was doing it wrong and threw the shell down on foil. After finally getting to the end of our order and checking out we thought they put our orders in the bags. Once home, we discovered one meal never made it and my white chicken nachos didn't have chicken. Our family ended up sharing the meals that they got with the 2 of us. When you spend good money for dinner and you have a bad experience and didn't get your food to boot, sure does make for a positive experience.
