Metro by T-Mobile workers reaching out to me on facebook

I visited the store on 7/18/2019 to temporarily switch my phone over to an old device because one had broken. Fereon was the representative that day so when I figured I wasn't receiving messages from certain ppl, I went back today 7/21/2019. Store was supposed to open at 12, no one was in. She pulled up late and locked the door, but I found out she had to count money so I was like I understand the procedure but she should've been in at 11:45 to prepare for work. Another rep Shakira Bell posted a video of Fereon dancing in the store on FB so I made a comment in reference to that's probably why my phone not working properly because of the horse play. Fereon sent me a friend request, Shakira sent her. At the end she says I hope you get your messages, and I replied I hope you keep your job. Store reps aren't supposed to reach out customers regardless. Something needs to be done, it's too many young ppl running those stores, they talk unprofessionally and rush to get ppl out. I have many screenshots and will send more if needed. Shakira remove video of horse play from Facebook.

Metro by T-Mobile service.

I've been with metro for almost 10 years. I've never received the service I had today. I'm not the one to complain but I was absolutely amazed on how rude they were. I walked in wanted to purchase a new phone bc my phone was cracked. I talked to the girl that was there I said I want to see how much an upgrade would be said the guy is in the back he will be here in a minute. So 5 min pasts he comes she explains what is going on and he says she needs to come in like if I'm not already there. I asked how much they would be since some of them had no pricing on them. I waited for like 5-8 more min noone could tell me noone knew the pricing of any phone all i wanted was an upgrade. The girl that I may say is training should not be there. Verrry rude. Talks about the customer RIGHT in front of them. Another lady walks in I think Angelina and she told me the price right off hand. I shouldnt have to wait 10-15 min just for a price not just that but noone spoke to me or offered to even help. Never again will I go. I will go elsewear. I've been there in the past and had excellent service. I'd like to be talked to like a human being and not an animal. Highly upset about my experience.

Metro by T-Mobile New metropcs/t mobile phone

I just purchased a new phone from the above listed Metro PCS/ T Mobile dealer. On the second day I owned the phone it would not ring when I dialed out. Likewise...It would not ring when people called in. I took the phone back 5 times to Vince the manager. I only bought this phone on July 2, 2019 and on July 17th...2019 I ended up smashing it in front of the store and thrownin it back in the store after they basically told me to go fly a kite. Never buy a Metro PCS of t Mobile product and NEVER purchase anything from All American Wireless at 45200 Ford Rd in Canton, MI.

Metro by T-Mobile t mobile locked my iphone and I consider that stealing from me

I bought an iphone at bestbuy UNLOCKED! Paid cash and i decided to connect to metro pcs and when i tried switching to boost mobile i cant make the sim cards or make my phone work bcuz tmobile locked it to their carrier and i think thats trying to steal from me bcuz i send request to unlock it and they dont want to and since it was unlocked when i took it to thwm they shouldnt have locked it now im going on 2 weeks w no cell

Metro by T-Mobile added another person to my account without my consent

On or about May 8, 2019 my wife and I opened an account. A week later she left me.

On May 22, 2019, I closed that account and opened one only in my name.

However, on July 14, 2019, I was billed as if my wife was still on the account. Apparently, someone re-added her to my account, without my permission.

On July 15, 2019, about 4:30 pm, I went into the store to cancel my account and asked for printouts of both my account information, since the beginning, and of my cancellation. The customer service agent refused to do either. Instead, she sent me only last months accounting, via email. She instructed me to take a pic of her screen to prove that I cancelled my account.

Metro by T-Mobile employee

Hello, I came into the store # 1275 in moorestown mall, NJ. The store was closed at 4pm on a Wednesday. (7/10/19) . I asked around if the store was open or undergoing construction and a store next to the metro said she was on her break, or wandering the mall. I waited for 20 minutes and she came in with her uniform shirt in a belly shirt tied behind her back and I said "excuse me I need to buy a phone." And she replied rudely and said "um I'm on my break." Another 15 minutes are going by and she's still on her break. I asked her name and she said Maria, and the same person I asked about her whereabouts says she does this a lot. And she wanders the mall frequently.

I have 4 lines I have 1 suspended I am the only one on MY ACCOUNT I TOLD CUSTOMER SERVCE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WAS ANYONE BUT ME THE ACCOUNT HOLDER THE ONE THAT PAYS THE BILL COULD MAKE CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT But I guess you let anyone just as long as someone has your info. Metro by T-Mobile unlimited high speed data

I have been a metro pcs costumer on and off for over 10 years, because I always seem to have issues with this company. First it was about my hotspot, when I had the 50 dollar unlimited data plan, I had 5 mb hotspot. I switched to the 60 dollar plan because my kids were running out of hotspot too soon. 2 days after I switched over to the more expensive plan, I was out of hotspot AGAIN. 7 MB OF HOTSPOT (PRORATED AMOUNT) GONE IN A SMALL FRACTION OF THE TIME IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN TO GO THROUGH 5 MB. SO I WAS TOLD I COULD TETHER MY UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED DATA THROUGH BLUETOOTH, SO I DID AND IT WORKED GOOD FOR 2 DAYS..THEN IT JUST STOPPED WORKING. WHEN I CALLED METRO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR HELP AND THEY SAID THAT EVEN THOUGH MY PHONE HAS THAT FEATURE, THAT TETHERING MY UNLIMITED DATA, THAT I PAY FOR, TO OTHER DEVICES SHOULD HAVE NEVER EVEN WORKED IN THE FIRST PLACE. I AM LIVID. AND I AM MOVING ON TO A COMPANY THAT WILL ACTUALLY LET ME USE WHAT I PAY FOR HOWEVER I PLEASE. ITS THE STUPIDEST THING IVE EVER HEARD IF AND I JUAT CANT CALM DOWN FROM THE ALTERED STATE I WAS IN. METRO NEEDS TO STOO PLAYING SO DAMN MUCH WITH MY MONEY

Metro by T-Mobile agent lack of/no customer service

I stopped at this store on Saturday July 6th 2019 evening between 6:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. when I arrive there was no one at the counter and the agent was standing behind the counter at the computer I approach to counter spoke and started to explain why I was in the store I explained to her that I have stopped in a month ago and spoke with an agent who was supposed to have ordered me a new phone considering my was defected from the time I purchased it but before I can even get the whole statement out of my mouth I was rudely cut off by the agent who didn't ask me what do I want her to do for me because she can't give me a phone, she's been there a month nor could she help me and as I started to explain to her again I was cut off again this time with her telling me I need to call customer service to send me a phone and I explained to her I spoke to customer service before I even came to the store and they told me that I have to come to the store in order to get a phone replace so then I asked her could she just called customer service so we Can get some type of clear understanding about what to do she told me know you can call them and then I just looked at her at this point I said hey there's no need to be rude and she responds right so don't be rude and I looked at her and I asked her how am I being rude I smiled I spoke to you and started explaining my situation. That was me giving her a chance to correct the situation her response to that was well you see I was busy so you should have waited I simply responded I am not a mind reader your job is customer service you could have simply said to me hold on for a second give me a minute or anything and I said to her I'm still being polite and giving you a chance to correct the situation and you're still doing what you should not be doing. And honestly the look on her face was like she could care less. So I asked her name because she had no name tag on and a jacket on top of her MetroPCS shirt she responded Keke and then called her boss Mike and per her request I called customer service from the store I stood on the phone with a customer service for 35 min in the store and she would not get on the phone with them give them her name nor acknowledge me as a customer I explained it to Customer service what was going on and had it on speaker phone and she would not respond to the gentleman either I also told the customer service representative that she had called her boss Mike when a situation escalated a little bit and she asked me to take my case off and still would not come back to me when around me to customers that would came in the store after me and did not acknowledge me until I took her photo (which I will be posting) she said don't be taking my picture and I told her it's my phone I can take what I want at which point I had started to walkout because I had been in the store for almost an hour and my Movie was getting ready to start and as I turned around she was laughing like that [censored] was funny so at that point I broke down because it was the most insane thing I've ever experienced in any type of customer service or service setting and I told her [censored]es like you should never work customer service get your money up hoe so you can get your man wig fix. Which I probably should have done but this chick was horrible and as a black woman the who has worked customer service manage customer service I'm embarrassed by this lady's actions and I'm embarrassed I let her take me out of character but mainly she just embarrassment to the community and my race. And after being there over an hour I did file a complaint with customer service I stayed on the phone with them for like 40 minutes or more. And I still didn't get any help with my phone and like I said she was on the phone with this guy Mike who I'm guessing is her boss because I called the store today and ask for manager they told me he would have to call me back and took my information I'm still waiting for a call back and his name just happened to be Mike so I'm definitely going to have questions for Mike definitely because he was on the phone the entire time and to stand by and let that go on it was like you was condoning that type of behavior from your employees because you were on the phone the whole time I know you could clearly hear what was going on and in management how Do you think your customer who was in a very good mood upon entering your establishment feeling at that point. that was really the time you should have been stepping up in your leadership role if you were her boss on that phone.

Metro by T-Mobile sim card unavailability

Recently I switched service over to Metro PCS from Verizon. On the first visit, they didn't have any sim cards available, so they gave me the one they had to test phones. When I went in two days later to add my grandson and switch his phone, they again had no sim cards. They contacted another store (located in Fortuna) and they didn't have any either. Now, running out of an item is forgivable, and what frustrated me and left feeling very annoyed was when I asked when they would have more sim cards in, both employees present shook their heads, and the manager shrugged. Then the young man told me "maybe in about a week."

This was not the service I expected from Metro PCS ... the person who originally waited on me when I switched my phone was awesome and very helpful, but she was not present when I took my grandson in. This kind of uncaring and 'couldn't be bothered' attitude in a company store is infuriating. Rather makes me sorry I switched. I had problems with Verizon, but I was never made to feel like I didn't matter and that they could care less if they had my business.

Today I walked into the Kingston MA metro pcs store with my fiancee and daughter to switch my service. The representatives name was "Dom". He took 3 of our phones and checked to see if they were compatible by inserting a sim cards into them. He became very meddlesome with my fiancee and I. Wouldn't let us discuss our options. So I told my fiancee "you decide". He looked at me and said "that I'm the man, and I should decide". My fiancee was so appalled that she felt disrespected. From there we were not pleased and as we were leaving noticed our phones couldn't make calls. I went back and at this time he was talking with a kid. I asked nicely "excuse me, why doesn't our phones make calls. He said "you gotta call sprint". I look at him puzzled and that's when he said "don't cry". I was in awe. And couldn't believe it and said "excuse me". He said "what, I said don't cry. I replied "wow you are a [censored], I'm with my 7 year old daughter. And he then started throwing f-bombs and his body language was aggressive. I felt humiliated but also needed to stand up for my right as a father and words were then exchanged. This was no longer a business transaction. He made it personal.

I believe this person should not be working with the public. I met the owner of this store a few days prior and he was very pleasant. That's why I went back. If his employee is a threat to a family man, I'm afraid what would happen to someone who isn't. He's aggressive minded. And very belligerent.
Everything in this statement is how this took place and transpired.
Again...this was at Kingston collection in Kingston MA. Employee name Dom

Metro by T-Mobile Phone service

I changed my phone number with metro pcs. Once they changed it I had no service! I've called about 20 times and I get the run around that if I wait 2 hours my service will be restored. Then I was told I need to wait 72 hrs and my service will be restored! Just called and metro pcs told me I need to wait another 72 hrs! I asked for a refund since I haven't had service and my plan is prepaid! They informed me they do not give refunds!

Metro by T-Mobile my phone service and not being able to access unlimited internet

I pay for unlimited internet service. When I try to look something up on the internet I am unable to. I either get an error code stating that time making server unavailable or it takes like 20 minutes to load a page. This is unreasonable for anyone who is trying to look up information that they need immediately. I do not feel that it is what I was promised at the time I purchased service through them. I intentionally purchased unlimited so that I can access the internet as needed for an unlimited amount of time but sadly they do not meet their expectations that they set forth.

Metro by T-Mobile charger

I Only had my charger for 2 weeks and it's already giving me problems so I went to get a new one and the same thing happens. So the fool I was I went to get another one but at a different store and once again 2 weeks later I'm having problems. Metro chargers are not cheap and I'm very disappointed with this. I don't know what's going on but it needs to be fixed soon I'm to the point were I'm very frustrated and I will make a complaint everyday into the issue is fixed. Metro by T-Mobile Phone fort smith ar

We are paying $100 a month unlimited. The data just spins and spins. Will not load anything most if the time, and when it does, it takes a long time. Complained in store. They said they can do nothing about it. The tower is messed up from the flood. I have been a metropc customer for a long time. Last time I filed a complaint they suggested buying a new phone. I loved old phone, and now it is just trash basically when there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. I am very much unhappy with metropc services. PISSED! Might as well throw my money out a window. This is the worst phone service I have EVER had. I would like to have this issue resolved. I feel that your services are a straight rip off. Considering reporting this company. And will definitely be switching phone companies. I'd prefer to have issue resolved.

Metro by T-Mobile service

On Friday, June 28, I went to purchase a phone because the battery on my old phone died. The phone I wanted was not available. I advise the associate that I had ordered a phone and it would be a couple of days before I received it. She advised me that there was a 90-day return policy so I said that I'd get the cheapest phone and come back when my new phone arrived. Today, July 1, 2019, I went back and was told that I was not able to return the phone because it was an upgrade--It said so on the receipt. Silly me I don't usually read receipts. The associate shrugged her shoulders and told me "there's nothing I can do, " as she underlined the verbiage on the foot long receipt, "it says it was an upgrade." Poor customer service annoys me more than just about anything. My service is paid up till the 13th and that is when I will end my 4-year relationship with MetroPCS.

Metro by T-Mobile service in my area has suddenly become poor to non-existent

I went to my local metro pcs store to inquire about why service in the area near my home had become unusable. The employee was smoking in the building, and was more interested in face timing with her friends on her phone. Did not ask me anything, simply that she could not help me and said goodbye! I just want to know if something is being done to correct the problem with the cell tower, or if I need to find a new cell phone service provider.

Metro by T-Mobile my mobile hotspot

Ive topped up my mobile hot spot three times. It never gave me my hotspot i paid for. Ive been waiting a full 2r hrs and still havent got my hotspot. When i called customer service the first time the guy said "oh, thats concerning" then hung up on me. The 2nd time i called they told me it would be working "guaranteed" within two hours. So after 5 hours i call back and they tell me it will be resolved in 72 hours "guaranteed". This is unacceptable and will be changing providers immediately.
