I've been with metro for almost 10 years. I've never received the service I had today. I'm not the one to complain but I was absolutely amazed on how rude they were. I walked in wanted to purchase a new phone bc my phone was cracked. I talked to the girl that was there I said I want to see how much an upgrade would be said the guy is in the back he will be here in a minute. So 5 min pasts he comes she explains what is going on and he says she needs to come in like if I'm not already there. I asked how much they would be since some of them had no pricing on them. I waited for like 5-8 more min noone could tell me noone knew the pricing of any phone all i wanted was an upgrade. The girl that I may say is training should not be there. Verrry rude. Talks about the customer RIGHT in front of them. Another lady walks in I think Angelina and she told me the price right off hand. I shouldnt have to wait 10-15 min just for a price not just that but noone spoke to me or offered to even help. Never again will I go. I will go elsewear. I've been there in the past and had excellent service. I'd like to be talked to like a human being and not an animal. Highly upset about my experience.
