I Glenn Taylor enter the metro store on Sunday July 28, at 5:17 pm and talk to Diar at the service desk . His ID no is 64440007. I inform him that I have change my payment due date with customer service. I explain to him that customer service told me to bring 20 dollars to full this agreement. Diar said that I had to pay a 3 processing fee. I told him that I was told to bring only 20 dollars. He said this store charges a 3 processing fee. I said that I understood but all I have is the 20 dollars, can you waive the processing fee just this once or apply it to my next bill. He said no. I ask him to call his supervisor. He stated no need for that he will say no also. I ask him to call customer service and he said they will say no also. I got on my phone to call customer service and begin to talk to a service rep name Jane. Diar in a very loud and rude voice said if you are not doing business here you have to leave. I ask him to pull my account up on his screen and he said no. Jane heard him and said let me speak to him. She told me that they have waived the 3 dollar processing fee and that I am a value customer with metro pcs. He finally perform the transaction and told me that I was not allowed in that store any more now get the [censored] out. I have receive very very poor service and I want something done about this. If there is no resolution from this not only will I change phone carrier I will submit copies of this complaint to every government and state agency. Diar should not be working in customer care at metro pcs.
