Meijer Nintendo switch

I purchased a nintendo switch at a meijers store on dixie hwy in louisville ky on dec. 1st 2020 i brought it home attempted to hook it up and couldnt get it to work, i called the customer service number for nintendo and they couldnt get it to work for me either the gentleman wanted me to ship it back to them but i dont believe there is anything wrong with it i honestly believe its just me i am 80 years old and not real electronic savvy so i deceided to return it to the store on dec. 2nd 2020 and get a refund as i was under the impression that i had 30 days to return it. i was told that was only if it had not been opened but that is not what your store policy says that is posted, i think that is very deceiving if i had known that you could not open it i would never have bought it, meijers has lost a loyal customer over this as i feel i have been wronged.thank you for nothing

Tonight I was leaving the Meijer store in Machesney Park, IL and the younger kid putting carts away had his mask around his neck. As a customer, I'm expected to wear one... And I always do. I would appreciate employees doing their part to stop the spread of COVID! As an exhausted healthcare worker, I am highly offended by his actions. He had short hair, curly on top.

Meijer Home delivery

I ordered 30 + items to be delivered on 11/20/2020 at 12:30pm, with my order suppose to be delivered between 2-3 pm. It's now 7:00pm and I haven't heard from anyone, with even a courtesy call to advise when my order will be delivered or the problem holding it up.

I really cannot believe they are so busy that they couldn't extend a call and let us know when or what time our order is going to be delivered.

I'm not sure what the problem is with meijers cashiers, however I've complained about this before and never get a reply back so my thinking is Meijers doesn't give a crap about it's customers. After spending $155.00 on a small amount of groceries I gave the cashier 8 coupons some of which were meijer generated.. After getting home my receipt only showed 4...

Meijer Employees

I don't understand why you're not allowed to use re-usable bags (per their COVID-19 rules supposedly) and place them on the self-scanner like you're supposed to, but the store is allowing people to come in without masks on or with not correctly worn masks. If they want to enforce people wearing masks, they should have people placed at ALL entrances to enforce mask wearing.

Meijer Rude Employees not following Covid Guidelines

I shop every 2-3 weeks for my needs, I was in today and in the check out by the west door. While I was checking out a older lady stationed by the west door behind the check out came up to me within 1 foot of me, violating my social distance, this happened about 7:50am today. I had 2 packs of toilet paper and food in my cart I took from a pallet display in the main west isle. The display was not marked with an limit and I explained that, she acknowledged that also and proceeded to get within 1 foot of me, reached into my cart and removed 1 pack of TP. I explained to her again there was no limit on the display and this will last me weeks avoiding another trip to the store. She stated I don't care rudely and left my space and walked away. A younger blonde lady (worker in the same area) after witnessing this apologized and said it not your fault, I just shook my head in disgust. I have shopped at Meijer's for 55 years and never have someone violate my space considering its posted all over the store and rudely grab an item out of my cart. Please check the video around the above time noted and see for yourself. I normally would never consider complaining about this, nor I am a hoarder with 2 6packs of TP but with Covid and the rude lady I will now make an issue out of this up the chain as far as I need to go to get some resolution to this. I simply am trying to follow the stay at home order and stay away from others.

If your cashiers are SO extremely terrified of CVOID 19 that they feel the need to be rude, unprofessional and incapable of performing their job then make them stay home. Elderly woman with short white hair cashiering on 04/01/2020 was extremely rude and made this shopping experience horrible. Tell your employees to stay home if they can't be professional.

Meijer Buy one get one free on meat 03/29/20

Sunday 03/29/20 Meijer's fyer advertised specific meats als BOGO free. I sent my husband, age 69, to pürchase chicken, bacon, & turkey breast. I could not go due to underlying health issues. When he returned home I noticed we only received one of chickens free (cheaper of the meats). I called Meijers and was told they signs posted over tue store when I questioned why the limit wasn't stated in the sale flyer. My husband told me the only signs he saw was "Limit two". As I stated he's 69 and it would've been very mich appreciated even if the cashier had checke to make sure he knew the limits in meats. We are seniors in a fixed income and every dollar counts.
