We came to Indiana in May of 2026 to visit my Mom and Dad and purchased Northline Waterproof Men's size 13 work boots used from June 1 until present , which are falling apart. I have several pictures .. This should not happen , please address .. you can clearly see the sole of the shoe is not worn and my husband does not work in water he walks through it occasionally . He works in a garage and only wears the boots inside the garage , never outside. Thank you for your time :)
