Meijer Customer service

I went in to the Florence Ky store to buy some clothes but fitting rooms were closed due to covid. What exactly does covid have to do with the fitting rooms being closed? The entire staff and the majority of the customers were maskless. This is completely idiotic. So I get home and a few of the pants were too large so I called the store and asked what time the service desk closed and I was told 10 pm. So I run up there and get there at 9:10 pm to exchange for smaller sizes and the desk closed at 9 pm not 10. I spoke to the manager but he wouldn't do anything to fix the situation. Now you have completely lost my business. I will never shop there again. I use to grocery shop there until it started being routine that the sale items were always out of stock. Now the customer service is almost as bad as it is at Walmart . I can see you don't care about your customers whatsoever and don't mind losing business. There are plenty of other stores to shop at that does value their customers. It's pretty bad when the manager himself agrees with me on the Walmart comment. That says a lot. I am returning everything I bought tomorrow and will not be back. Hopefully this opens someone's eyes and some changes are made. This is completely unacceptable. If the fitting rooms had been open all of this could've been avoided. But I guess that's where covid is hiding just waiting to infect someone... it's not anywhere else in the store. SMH

Meijer Pick up order #[protected] & Customer Service

Placed Pick-00Up Order that included a Butterball Turkey breast. Order brought out & was told they did not have the turkey breast. I called customer service - had to wait a long time asked if they had any other brands of Turkey breast. They tried to transfer me to meat department. Waited again a long time. I was either hung up on or disconnected. Called Meijer main number - tried to get Meat Department but voice menu kept trying to send me to Men's Department. Called Customer Service again - had to wait a long time. This time the lady stayed on the line & gentleman in meat department said yes they had at least a dozen Turkey breasts. Called customer service again - had to wait a long time. Explained about the missing item in my order and that I was unable to come into store because my husband had just tested positive for COVID. I asked if there was any way I could purchase the Turkey breast and have it brought out to me in Pick-Up area. They said of course. Got transferred to I don't know where and lady reviewed my order & said I was not charged for the item I did not receive, which I was not disputing. I explained I had checked my order on the Ap - there was nothing indicating they were out of Butterball and they did not substitute. Lady said she could not help me - I explained that customer service said they could bring one out right away - she wanted to know who told me that & I said the gentleman in customer service. She transferred me to pickup department. They said I would have to reorder for the next day or come into store. I explained I could NOT come into store and to forget it - I just wouldn't use Meijer anymore. This was at 6:30 pm or maybe a little later - I had been sitting in the parking lot since 5pm. My order was brought out around 5:45pm. I spent over 45 minutes mostly listening to music on hold while I tried to get a Turkey breast that was just inside the store. More than willing to pay for it but unable to physically come in. I live out of town so coming back into town is a hardship on top of everything else. No one would help me. Thanks a lot Meijer. Since I have to reorder I'll just go somewhere else. There are other stores.

Meijer Employee Heather P.

Dear Sirs,

On Monday, November 22, 2021, I went to Meijer, 5500 Clyde Park Avenue, Wyoming, Michigan, in order to purchase some items. It should be noted that I was in a motorized chair due to a fracture of my right ankle. I usually go to Meijer three to four times a week for my purchases.

After obtaining my items I went to the self check out on the north side of the store. Just before reaching the self scan registers I observed a Meijer employee standing on the north side of the check out facing south. At this time I also noted only one customer using the self check out in the area. Just prior to reaching the employee I politely stated, "Good morning." She did not respond. I'm sure that she heard me. I stopped my motorized chair about three feet in front of the female employee. I again politely stated, "Good morning." After saying this the second time the employee turned her head to her left, looking inside the store, without saying anything in response. I then headed to the self scan register and stated "wow" out loud. I could not believe that she did not respond to me. It was like I wasn't even there. (I checked out at 9:33:48, Fastlane 115, for a total purchase of $20.27.)

A short time later I looked at this employee's name tag which identified the Meijer employee as, "Heather P."

As I have been a frequent visitor to Meijer over the past 40 or so years I know that Heather P. does not represent how Meijer wants employees to communicate with their customers. I felt compelled to advise you of my negative experience with Heather P. The reason that I am writing this complaint is that it is my hope that Heather P. will be more friendly to the Meijer costumers in the future. I'm sure if I noticed her rudeness other shoppers have noticed her negative attitude as well.

I am considering going to the Meijer off from Kalamazoo Avenue and M6, Caledonia, instead of the Meijer in Wyoming due to my recent experience with Heather P.

Meijer Customer Service

Whenever we buy cat or dog food, it doesn't ring up and then customer service gives you a hard time about it, they act like you're trying to cheat them or something.
Every time I go buy the food that's on promotion, it's always out of stock.
We would like the promotional price to ring correctly at the register..and for customer service to be friendlier and not act like it's a bother.

Meijer prescriptions

I have been a customer of Meijer Pharmacy on east Washington Indianapolis IN for a long time, but now I will be taking my business elsewhere. The Pharmacy has really gotten horrible. I am not the only customer having these problems, I helped a elderly lady in line because the pharmacy techs made her feel shamed. It's the dumb black girls in there (I'm African American also, so no prejudice here). The techs that I have come across I would not have them working on my front line anywhere. Customers receive a notice that our prescriptions are ready and when you get there and wait for a ridiculous long time, the rude pharmacy techs look at you like your crazy for even being there. Please don't say due to COVID this was way before COVID that the customer service went down. I stood in line today listening to all of the other customers complaints. Elderly people are customed to using the same pharmacy and will not change over even though they are treated poorly, rushed and not explained to in a manner they can comprehend .

Meijer Dole salad

I do pick-up orders for the convenience. When I have to throw away every salad as soon as I unpack the order, it becomes less convenient.
This should be addressed. I'm sure I'm not the only one. What are the odds?

Meijer Store Manager

Store Manager at Lexington/Hamburg Meijer. He is constantly shouting at, and degrading his people on the sales floor, in front of customers.
I am a repeating customer of this store, I have found many friendly employees there. However, the Store Manager or I suppose they are called Directors, is a TYRANT! I have seen him make cashiers cry whilst I'm checking out through their line. One of the cashier managers up front quit because he was talking behind her back, and spreading false rumors! I have heard he uses racial and homophobic slurs as well from some of Meijers other employees.
The absolute icing on the cake for me was seeing him with a young man yesterday gritting his teeth and demanding him into his office, like he was an animal! Of course he thought nobody saw this, but I did!
Meijer should TRULY investigate this store manager. I'm not the only customer who has seen and heard about the vile behavior from this man.
Meijer needs to do something, there is ALOT of competition coming into that area! Lexington is a big city, but with a small town mentality. Words TRAVEL FAST here!

Meijer Sale Items

The Meijer Sale Ad is nothing but a scam. Sale items are almost never available. For the past two weeks Meijer had Hungry Man dinners on sale. I made two trips to Meijer the week of 3 October and another trip the week of 10 October and items were never available.

Walking up and down the aisles you see empty shelves with sold out sale items. Since it is a 15 miles drive for me to get to Meijers it is simply not worth my time and effort to go to this store. Never again will I enter a Meijer store and will do all my grocery shopping at Kroger.

Meijer Rebel ice cream in pints

The only flavor Meijer 16st does not carry is vanilla flavor, in Rebel ice creams.
That is the flavor we like and we have to go to Walmart to get it.
Can you please begin to carry the vanilla flavor in Rebel ice cream in pints.

Meijer Unable to get the ten dollars for being completely vaccinated

I am elderly and when I attempted to claim my ten dollars for being completely vaccinated the associate claimed that this promise is not being fulfilled any longer. I continued to spend over four hundred dollars at this particular Meijer store. I am unsure as to why because I was told that it had no final fate when which this promise would be ended. I cannot get to the store but for once every five weeks and I don't have a lot of money. The veins hold be ashamed and I can make arrangements to never shop there again. Members you may have lost a long time shopper who I've rut e years have spent many hours and a whole lot of my money at Meijers. Just wanted to express my opinion. Meijer Store at 11351 E. Washington St. 46229 is my main grocery store. Regarding buying MILK at your store: You used to have "Deans Milk" and I always buy Whole Milk. Deans whole milk was wonderful. Meijer New Albany Meijer doesn't care about harassment and assaults on their property

My mom and dad have been harassed for months by people in the card lines. My mother is elderly at 69 years old and my father is 74 years old. My parents had people cut in front of them Saturday morning in the card line, with tons of evidence and Bobby Warren did nothing about it. He's in charge! Some guy assaulted my dad last night for my dad putting his hands on the guys shoulders and Skylar (another manager) just told me personally at the store that they are not going to investigate. This store cares nothing about the safety of the customers when they are on the property!

Meijer Pharmacy

I with my wife went to Meijer store Pharmacy in Commerce Twp. Mich. to get Shingle vaccination at 4.00 pm 0n 7-17-21. The Pharmacy staff refused to entertain our request . They were very rude and said they are busy cant do it. We were willing to wait until our turn comes, but they said we have to come back next day. I am thinking to go to other Pharmacy (wallgreen or cvs) to get my future Pharmacy needs.

Meijer Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant

I have bought your four count sausage, egg, and cheese croissant breakfast sandwiches for some time. Approximately a month and a half ago, and now today, June 29, 2021, I found that the croissant only contained egg and cheese. The sausage was missing. I just wanted to let you know that whoever is supplying your sandwiches needs to implement stricter quality control procedures to ensure this is not an ongoing problem. I really enjoy the sandwiches, and will continue to buy them as long as this does not become a persistent issue. Thank you.
