I've been messaging and calling support for more than a week now. No one is helping me, and the support agents who have messaged me are giving me the same instructions, which aren't working. I've followed every step to the tee and I've even tried using my ethernet cable to ensure my internet connection is as stable as it gets, but I still cannot get an agent to verify my age for me. At some point, I was even flagged as fraud for no reason at all. I had to escalate things just to get my account removed from the fraud list. I am almost going on two weeks now of trying to get an AgeSmart agent to verify my age. I need someone to help me or to find an alternative way to verify my age already.
