I've been using this site without a problem do dem a while and now once again it won't let me sighn in saying they are detecting fraud and I don't know how if I gave them pics of my state I'd and did everything theeey asked me to do when I made an account.i keep emailing them and they are not emailing me back to help me fix this problem please help me fix it so I can get back on thank you very much

I am not able to log into my account they said I must have pushed a scam link which I know I didn't because I've been posting ads with mega for over a year and I know the rules and I know not to push a scam link so I've been emailing you guys for over 2 weeks nobody has replied or let me know when I will be able to get back on my account to post my ads

Im having an issue posting... it's saying fraud. They fix... in same day... blocked fraud again. It's like so now and it's been like 2 weeks... no response from them thru the email...and of course I still can't post. I email them daily... sometime twice a day.

Hello Everyone! I am so devastated to see all these comments saying that their account has been hacked or that no one is reaching back to you guys, it really ticks me off to the max ! And then there is me, I made a account January 2021 my account has been great up until almost 2 months ago, someone sent me a text message with a link saying that my account Needs verification to click on it and just stuff like that I didn’t think nothing of it I clicked the link and it looks exactly like the actual website so I didn’t think nothing of it it asked for my email and my password and I went ahead and entered it I didn’t have problems until a few days after work every time I posted I never got an email and my account was acting really weird and strange and went from acting really weird and strange to I couldn’t post any more. I finally came to the worst day of my life and came to a conclusion that my account has been hacked and I’ve been a target to the hackers. This messed my life up completely I was so sad and depressed for like a week I didn’t eat because this was my main source of income and I was just sad I was completely doomed ! :( so I started reaching out to the actual email of the actual sites and no one got back to me no one cared enough to respond back to my messages I even sent them a message through the actual website tried to find a number even tried to find the actual place where I can actually damn near go there and try to explain the situation but that was a dead end I couldn’t do anything! I was giving up hope and everything and I even tried making another email but everything was like link to my phone so I couldn’t even do that everything just looked a hot mess for me my life was literally ruined, and you guys are probably like what the hell this girl is Trippin but no actually I’m not this was literally my source of income like I said. If you know, you know! I started to sign up for different websites but nothing and I mean nothing compares two mega personals “Listcrawler” but slowly and surely I got my clientele back and I was kind of happy but I never gave up on my mega personals account never and when I say never I mean never gave up. But one day I made a whole new account and I was verified and everything so I finally got my account back but it was it with the help of the mega personals it was all by myself if you’re having problems with your account and you’ve been a target to being hacked please don’t hesitate to call me I will try to help you I didn’t get my old one back but I got an account with them all over again and I’m so happy and I don’t wish that upon no one to be honest ! Happy B day and I hope you learned a little something here which is don’t follow the links if you get text messages they’re not from the mega personals they’re actually scammers trying to hack your identity! I’m just glad I got an account with them all over again (: ! They need want to know how to respond back to their customers or whatever you call them because their customer service sucks!

I actually had the same problem that everyone is describing below and did end up after a couple weeks of waiting ended up creating an entirely new email address and created a new mega personals account however when I got to the part that I needed to verify my identity and show my drivers license and take a selfie the exact same thing happened I went through four or five email addresses having that same problem then reached out to support via email and after two weeks of waiting was advised when I reached out a second time they didn’t work with my particular email address so then had to request support again with a different email provider and different email address so that I could utilize the account and proceed with my ad the process ended up taking several months of waiting because I didn’t know about the email address to begin with and also created several different new accounts thinking I could get around the fraud or scam or whatever it said I was having a problem with but did not and only lengthened the amount of time I had to wait in the end had I utilized my Gmail email address and reached out to support immediately this would’ve been resolved much much sooner and my account originally never had any fraud whatsoever than the second account I’ve created they kept denying my identity I just kept failing the verification so once I finally had a email address they worked with and reached out to support explaining my problemAlong with the fact that I had been trying to create and utilize an account for several months I finally received an email response and was able to complete my verification and then log in hope some of this helps

You have to get a new phone from Walmart. Fresh email, fresh everything. Do not send pictures of yourself from your old device to your new device or any device that was connected with your old account. Set up everything on your new phone. Once you set up your new phone cut off all old devices around you. Only device should be on is new device. Set up your email, login your social media from your new phone to get your pictures your going to use. Yes you can still use your id. Go to a different location you never been before in the city that your That your posting in. It must match your Id. Once. You get through on your new phone do not say anything explicit or talk about donations in the subject box. Make sure you download 2 or more fresh pictures you never posted before from your fresh phone. Make sure you are in a location you never posted before. They spam ip addresses you used on the site before. Never go to a place you have been before to set up your new account. Once you get to the Id part upload fresh instant picture from their camera. Do not upload a picture of yourself from your device. Upload fresh id pictures from their camera. If you do these steps you will get through. It sucks but if you don’t get through buy another phone and do it over until you get back on.

701 error code means your device is low on storage...go in settings and delete the cache on every app(DON'T HIT DELETE DATA or u will delete all your stuff)
