Customer care and website entirely rude customer service agents
They are always rude, and specifically have gone out of their way to input my drivers license information so that anytime I try to post or create new acct i'm automatically blocked. I have never once broken any rules, i've been real polite, real patient. One time a lady typed to me in a text claiming to be one of megapersonals customer service agents some extremely discriminatory, racist mean insults and swore up and down that my drivers license number will be put into the database to be permanently blacklisted. I have emailed customer service well over 75 times the last month. They refuse to respond, they refuse to even lift a finger to help resolve anything really. They claim they will get back to you in a set amount of hours but they don't. It seems like it's almost even a popularity contest with a whole lot of false advertising, politics, discrimination, holier than thou [censored] don't stink kind of [censored]. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh and need I mention they encourage trafficking for sex?
And their system apparently thinks a 26 ur old means they are under the age of 18! Or customer service is really that damn terrible at math or common sense...

Lack of customer service response / change pw
Just the other day I got a text from mp that someone logged in from columbus, oh (i'm in ny) and if not me to click link and click the "no" button. The link brought me to the home page. I text back to no avail. Then, the other day I got an email that my post was bumped/edited at 2:15pm. It was not me! I clicked the link and it was another girl's ad! 6 of them were under my account. I contacted the girl who claimed she had a work email that she was unable to use. I deleted her 6 posts under my account and emailed support regarding it and how do I change my password!
You're responding 4 years later?! I have no words. I ended up unable to use my account or create a new one. I've been off the site for 3.5 years.

I've been blocked on the website saying I triggered vpns or proxies or that I'm commiting fraud or something I've never done any of the sort and I have no idea what a proxy or VPN is. I've emailed the company now 22 times and have not got a single response back I really think that this company is computer ran and no real people actually work for the company this is so crazy to not be able to reach anyone

I have also had the same problem here recently. However the city only shows 3 countries NOT the USA. I'm assuming that they are no longer in the USA. No matter what email I use it only lets me type my info but not the city I'm in. I also get no real correct response it keeps telling me to reset password and Im getting the wrong answer to my question.

The same exact thing happened to me a few months ago. They said they would respond within 72 hours and never did. I ended up emailing them 3x's. I finally got a response like a month later, which was NO help. It asked me to describe the problem and if able a screenshot of what the problem was. I responded and never got an answer back. Although, I am able to use my account again.

No show even when paid in full
We were to meet with Hannah but she never showed up. We cash out a deposit and then we also did 200 cash app payments so she was paid in full before she was supposed to show up. Never heard from her again
I contacted mega personals via their contact us on their webpage and I did get a response we then saw Kashef to us and it said refund so we clicked the accept button and it ended up taking the money out of our account again. We are now out over 5 bills and yes I once again contacted mega personals they have yet to hear from them

I am having the same issues I have tried many different emails even l. It keeps flagging me. Did you get it fixed? I have tired to reach out to them but they don’t respond
This is just my opinion but it may the device your using they detect has already been recognized as triggered so maybe use a different device comp. tab or phone create a new email slightly different like your first name will be your middle on the new gmail account you created then make an account with that new email with mega personal maybe that might work.

I've been using my account couple of months and tbh I really enjoy having enough client daily but [censored] when the site did an upgrade on 29th January! They [censored]ed everything when I tried to EDIT MY AD to bump to top! It comes up with [censored] saying I spammed the site! Well I didn't do that and I tried to set up another account it still come up with the same [censored] when it get to the verification process.
