On April 7th 2025 we reached out with a document request to get your account sorted after you mentioned it was likely phished. We never heard back from you. I haves passed the agent verification the id and face why its not letting me pay ? Now its saying payment fraud when I have verification n got approved im trying to pay the 21$ but the payment company is not letting they keep saying call my bank to let them know that it’s rejecting but I call my bank and then saying it’s the app and I Gmail mega personal nobody’s answering nothing I couldn’t even get the verification code to my number or Gmail and it was the right information

Account was hacked then banned and when I go to make a new account I can't get verified.

I have been locked out of my account for over a year and I am unable to create a new one because the same thing keeps happening. I have sent numerous emails to support, but no one ever responds.
