I have paid for my account multiple times just to be delete
Hello, I have been posting on my same mega account for over 4 years before it was even charging to join. I only use my real and up to date pictures and videos. I decided I wanted to create a new ad which I never do I always edit and bump to top however I typed a new title and bio so I wsnted to keep my old one in case I wanted to switch them depending on my hair style. My images took very long to update then boom account flagged. I have been emailing and reaching out no with no response. It is frustrating and very disappointing. Now when I make a new one it automatically tells me I failed verification two accounts took my money and flagged it soon as I posted. I have multiple photos of me with my id same tattoo same jewelry it’s ridiculous and I need this resolved asap.
Desired outcome: For my IP address to be unblocked and to be allowed to have a mega that isn’t flagged every time i take new pictures that are clearly ME the same person in the id of the accounts getting flagged

I have been stuck in age verifications for half a day, and I am just stuck in limbo until they approve it. If they even do I have no responses nothing. Just the spinny ball of death. I looked up the email you sent, but nothing is coming up with that spelling. Could it be slightly different? I did find an account with very similar spelling and it was received support on May 19th and continues to be in good standing. They spoke with someone via our support email and Reddit.
