My account keeps being flagged. I changed my number and it won't let me go back in. This is my main source of income I haven't been able to make any money I have kids to feed. Please help me. I did not sign up for this app and people keep contacting me. Can you please un activate my account so I stop receiving these messages. Once I log in to my account it tells me that of fraud thing has activated and it does not let me log in it has a contact us form I go to contact us form I fill it out write it all out and the capture never completes. And relied on this website for my in tom and my marketing they have failed to respond or to make it easy to access their customer service department

I don't understand mega personals they always block my accounts for no reason out of no where. Now my id has been flagged I can't make an account at all now. Hello I'm McKenzie I've been on mega personals for quite some time, was fine for a while but for some reason in 2021 I've had my account flagged.
Every time that happens I go to create another one and same thing happens
I'm not sure if creating new accounts everyday is helping me at all but it's a must I have this so I've had to create about 20 accounts and all of them get flagged if I'm able to remove all the accounts I've made and just have one I can get it without any problems I'm willing to help on my side to make things easier for the both of us I would do anything to not have to deal with this every morning I appreciate your business and ill even pay for my add to be posted thank you so much

I dont know what happen but I just woke up one day and my account has been flagged or blocked. As I did nothing wrong. But I remember I clicked a link or something texted to me. Then thats it I cant sign in anymore...

I have been flagged and blocked from my account since November and I did absolutely nothing wrong. I tried making a new account to no avail and I am beside myself. I have written a dozen emails to admin and not once have I received a response of any caliber. Please someone assist me. I am desperately seeking any form of resolution. I've even had friends attempt to post to see what the issue might be. Their emails are valid, phone numbers accurate and legit (not a text app or anything), each time a different IP address was used. Sometimes before they even get to the step in account set up to provide an ID the account gets flagged. It's absolutely ridiculous. I don't even know why the site provides the option to send a message to admin if they won't so much as acknowledge it? Anyone please help.

all theses days i have tried to make a account at first i made 3 different email and i kept getting flagged. Now i have a labtop and after verifing my account it asked me to put in a code a 4 digit one. In which i never got and i am so tired of email them. Thier ansers are not from real people and you can tell by the respones they give back to you is basically the same thing as if ir is your problem or fault...

Someone is using my ID for an account

I get blocked every time I make a new account. I was out of town yesterday and i was blocked AGAIN. Can't contact anyone to get it resolved AT ALL. Really there's no point in complaining on here it NEVER helps either. I'm tired of buying new phones back to back & sometimes that doesn't even work. I've made more than 25 emails . Lol SMH
