I have done everything they asked submitted my I.D., paused cloud-fare, and sent multiple screenshots of my problem to no avail. They tell me there is nothing they can do and I have been blocked but they also say that I can make a new profile however how can I do that if I am unable to access the site. I cannot access my MegaPersonals account bc they said I violated their terms and Conditions and/or commited fraud/spam. When I emailed them for help I got a response from Emma Miller telling me she can't help me bc I violated their terms and Conditions. To which I responded "I only have my pictures. When you go to make a account you put all the information in and then it takes you to the page where it says it’s going to verify your pictures then it’s supposed to take you to age verification instead it sends you to VPN lockout.
