This morning at 0522 I went to this McDonalds and used my app. Once again they said the app did not charge my card and asked for payment. I gave the man $7.53. I asked why didnt it charge my card and he shrugged his shoulders. When I pulled up to the second window I checked my bank account as this happened last week at this same location. I showed the lady that my bank account was charged and I wanted my cash back. She went and talked to the man and said it showed "unread and you can come back in 3-5 days with your bank statement to prove it did not charge you"
First of all - I am SHOWING YOU PROOF you charged my card
Second of all - how dare you tell me to come back in 3-5 days with my bank statement.
You guys have found a way to take money from customers! I have no issues at any other McDonalds but this one! It may only be $7.53 but that is MY money and you do not have the right taking my money and then not wanting to help! Not like yall will do anything in 3-5 days!
Damn scammers!
