This is the third time this has happened. I went for something early and quick and ended up in line for more than 25 minutes after ordering 3 sausage burritos I was asked to move down the line to the front window so they could help other customers. I was waiting almost 30 min before entering and asking where my food was the woman that had sent me down the line was helpful in stating that the kitchen had not put any out still to witch I asked for a refund. the manager who came out acted as if she was in a hurry while no one in the kitchen even started to pick up the pace. I was given my refund and the offered a hot pie for the waste of my time I denied it but this has been the third time and I don't know if its a staffing issue and they cant keep people or even worse they decided I wasn't a priority but its infuriating none the less the are constantly behind the ball and seems they don't care to even try to keep customers
Recommendation: don't do it
I waited 30min if you call this impatient when waiting on pre prepared food then you are either one of the employees that was dragging your feet or you are bait farming for some reason as you just made this profile to respond to me

It's OK I know you work there I will be reporting you to the district manager and putting forth a formal complaint of harassment also you are talking to 2 different people and it hilarious that you can't figure it out

Like I said you work there. You are talking to two different people. I am the person that made this complaint. I am going to get you fired. You made me so angry that I took my anger out on my granny (I gave her a black eye and broke her jaw. I should not have to wait 30 minutes for three burritos. I hurt my granny so bad that she needed to be inn the hospital with stitches. Because of your clown company
