I went to McDonald’s for lunch today. I didn’t get to order for about 28 minutes where drive thru was wrapped around and you were just stuck. When I received my food I asked the African American cashier why was my large fries half filled and she replied because we didn’t have enough. I replied well just because you don’t have enough what are your customers supposed to not get what they pay for? She then took my box and went to refill to the appropriate level it should have been. The only problem was they were all cold and not fresh. When I got back to my office to eat my quarter pounder was also not hot or fresh and I am sitting here with the bubble guts which only lets me know the food must not of been at the correct temperatures and has bothered my stomach all together. Secondly I was wondering after opening my pie where was all the filling at? I look on the bottom of the box and it has a sticker that says enjoy by 9:42am 06/08/26? I am confused as to why I can’t reach no one at this location telephone has been off the hook for the past 40 minutes? Can someone explain to me why is this happening? I paid regular price for food but service was horrible and I have a witness that heard the drive thru server say what she did and we could not believe she said that. I want to be refunded, compensated something this is insane!
