This place is ridiculous. I visited yesterday (6/30), and the food I received was old and stale. I wasted my money.
I went back today (7/1) and specifically asked for my food to be made fresh. I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel, but instead I was given a dry sausage bagel. That is not what I ordered.
I tried calling the location over 30 times, but they either never answered the phone or picked up only to hang up on me. The restaurant wasn't even busy.
I would have returned to have my order corrected, but I was already at work, 30 minutes away. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and after two bad seriences in two days, I won't be returning.
