Been stopping into McDonalds once a week for years. Always meet a friend there for the burritos. Today, we stood at the counter waiting to be recognized...as the person in the back continued to put orders out until there was no one left but my friend and I. One time I called out if there was anyone to take out order. This gal did not even turn around and continued to ignore or acknowledge us. After 5-7 minutes she came to the counter. We asked for three burritos as usual...her was "we don't have any burritos." It was the curtness of her reply that was off putting. We asked why..."because none are rolled up." Not, sorry, but they aren't yet prepared...or some other appropriate response. Just curt and rude. So we left and I said to her " you have a bad attitude." Her reply was "so do you!". First, not acknowledging us, then very curt at the register. We both thought she was rude. So did several other around us hearing and watching her. Young woman with long dark hair in a pony tail. Don't know her name. But you should know after approx 10 year of visiting this McDonalds, we won't be back...and maybe not a few others as well.
Claimed loss: none
Desired outcome: Fire her, give her lessons, receive an apology. A response would be nice, as well.
