If I could this location a negative number, it clearly deserves it. On May 21st around 7:32 am I placed a mobile order for a pickup (very simple two sausage muffins. As I pull up the drive thru is wrapped around and not moving at all.
I go inside to pick up my order and as usual no front counter people. the way of this location is designed is the front looks like a hotel front desk lobby. If you catch the eyes of an associate, they quickly look away so they don't have to help you. I finally got someone's attention and asked for my order. No acknowledgment (just a yell across the kitchen, your mobile order is at the front).
Still waiting no order... an associate walks past me and I stop them and ask for a manger. They go in the back and this guy walks out and hands me my order. I informed him that I was looking for a manger and he said I am. I told him the team is moving like they are at a funeral not a breakfast rush.
Crew members drinking in the grill area. DT girl took off her visor placed on the food prep area, shook her hair and put it back on. Two girls were making comments that I asked for a manger and could be loudly heard in the front of the restaurant. The other girl in DT was running her mouth. (I say girl. they resembled Mean Girls from the movie).
After asking for the manager, he proceeds to not say anything but walk towards the door. I follow him thinking he may want to speak away from the counter. He opens the door and says there the number for corporate.
This restaurant is no way a reflection of McDonalds standards. The whole morning shift on 5/21/2026 should have a documented coaching and the shift manager should either go back to training or be removed
