Every and I mean every time we go to one if the mcdonald (in Beaver Falls, Chippewa, and Ellwood City) they mess up our order. COME ON NOW, with the money, they charge for food, they orders should never be messed up. Like today we ordered order of hotcakes one egg McMuffin with bacon and one sausage egg McMuffin and 3 hash browns. We get home and had 2 sausage mcmuffins, one order of hotcakes with bacon and sauage.
If you look into the kitchen area it was nothing but adults DID THEY NOT LEARN How READ?
In my opinion McDonald's has the perfect mascot a frickin clown

Desired outcome: Teach your kitchen people how to read the orders that are placed
