Jay, the manager on duty, was extremely rude! Would not help me with my order, and told me he would call the police on me if I didn't leave his store. All because I told him my family had placed an order on-line, and during the virus outbreak, I was sent to the store to pick up the food. I had not placed the order, and was not aware of the procedures to pick up the food. The store was on a toll road, and I had to pay a toll just to get there. When I went in and said we had an order online, he told me there was no order, and I was at the wrong McDonald's. I asked for his help, and he offered none. Turns out it was the right store, he just couldn't find the order. When I asked for his name to complain, he said he would not give me his name, and again said he was calling the police. I will no longer visit McDonald's.
