On the morning of 4/17, about 7:30 am. I came through the drive thru with my mobile app order. I had ordered 1 lg caramel iced coffee with 1 equal and 2 drizzle, adding about .60-70¢ to my order. I also had a hash brown and a sausage egg McMuffin. The girl at the window was overwhelmed (it was busy) and they had switched another order before mine. Well, I got an iced coffee with no drizzle, which I paid extra for; and my drink was not full, by about 1 inch and 1/2. My order code was QC15, the name was Gift because it was a gift visa ending in 1533. The order came to $8.02.

Claimed loss: Only about .60-.70¢, but on SSI I don't make a lot to squander.

Desired outcome: Free lg caramel iced coffee

You are NOT entitled toa free L caramel iced coffee. You are only entitled to the money you lost. If you cannot afford to pay for the large coffee, order a small one, make it yourself or get regular coffee without the shots. Also, are you not concerned that someone under the age of 18 is working on a school day?
