This establishment is one of the slowest I’ve known. On the 28th of February 2026 around 7:24 pm I headed to Macdonalds and ordered some food through the drive up. Paying for the item wasn’t as low as when receiving it. Along 2 other cars in front of me I got placed on the waiting parking lines and wait for my food to be brought up. Me and 3 other vehicles waited for about 20-25 minutes to get our food. This is not acceptable as I used to work in a fast place service like this before never making customers wait for over 5 minutes tops for their food. New fast personnel should be hired or trained to accomplish the “fast food” demands from the public. I would really like a refund as this was by far the most I’ve waited for my food at this location
