Friday April 17 about 11:45am I walked into the summit view mickey D's To order lunch. I went directly to the counter and stay there and waited and waited and waited. 4 different employees looked at me saw me but No one offered to help. I gave up and left. This is the second time this has Happened to me. Why? I cannot use the auto order screen as I don't Understand it. Do you instruct your employees to ignore customers at the Counter during lunch? Anyway, horrible miserable lousy customer service. Went to the 16th and Lincoln store and immediately got waited on and Chatted with.
