I bought two McCafe on may 7th at the burnaby, Metrotown Mcdonalds at around 12 noon. One for myself, and one for my Grandma.
When i tasted the McCafe it was bitter and didnt taste very good at all. So i just thought it would be ok to just throw away the McCafe and just put some sprite in the cup. Well i did that, then the manager came out of nowhere and just took my cup right out of my hand and threw it into the garbage, and told me that i was stealing the drink. I really dont appreciate how this manager treat the customers. I go to the Mcdonalds several times, and i always see this manager doing the same to other customers. Its not the first time, she has done this. She is very rude to customers and calls them in thiefs. So is this how Mcdonalds managers treat the customers? I think she should be fired for treating customers this way. i dont think that right. Im really upset about this, since my Grandma also had to see this. The manager was a younger caucasian woman. she has a rude attitude and treats customers wrong.

I had some coupons from McDonald's advertising on a free newspaper.
One day, I bought a designed set meal from a coupon but I changed the set drink to orange juice. next day, I bought a same set meal and also changed the set drink to orange juice, but, could not change to orange juice this time! I told the staff and manager I bought yesterday. they told me this is not provided not polite and poor eye contact.
Finally, this transaction not successfully.
A international company, customers are important?! Disagree now and made me confused. in a same store the services without concordance and poor customer service. I will not go to McDonald's next time!

UCF mcdonalds...has racist violent bullying employees that harass and attempt assault at customers in the drive-thru. not only is nothing done about these crazy psychopaths, vicious freaks, but the managers support their criminal behavior and further attack/abuse harass customers as well causing them trauma, grief, emotional distress etc...all for sport. chris the general manager of UCF mcdonalds further harasses and bullies minority females who have been abused by crazy employees at this location...beware.

i went to the UCF mcdonalds weeks ago...usually at night to get some food items. i have been mistreated at this mcdonalds before by rude crazy employees at night generally females...in the past to where i even stopped going to this awful place and the drive thru. now this night i went, a rude black female...who I had complained about before..literally threw my credit card at me rather than handing it to me. Yes she THREW the card maliciously in my car, because she didn't want to hand it to me. first she angrily SNATCHED my card from me. and i was about to say "do not snatch my card from me"! but before I could say that the crazy [censored] just THREW my card at me and it landed in the side part of my car. i was furious being bullied so many times...then this [censored] just shut the door and didn't say a word. of course I was upset..im a normal polite nice customer just being mistreated by crazy angry sick women that work here for no reaosn. i went to the 2nd window to file a complaint and basically...got nothing. just idiots and four idiots claiming to be managers...and one rude other fat girl who sat there and told me i complain all the time. but just nasty mean crazy people too...

they told me to call the manager chris..who I called the next day. now the [censored] who threw the card at me, was a heathen. she looks like a monster and acts like one too--mean nasty sick person. most of the lunatics that work at this college mcdonalds...act like animals...they are rude mean abusive and get crazy and yell and act nuts. this has been happening for YEARS and its nothing new. however ive never had anyone throw my credit card at me and technically this is ASSAULT. i did call the police and they said that is assault and i can file a report. now i called 'CHRIS" the rude white manager the next day. chris's statement to me was that "oh it seems you got bad customer service" giggling almost. bad customer service? a credit card was thrown in my car...by an employee--this is assault. the employee should at least be REMOVED from the drive thru area so customers don't have to endure such a deranged animal who is abusing anyone. chris the idiot (who sounds like an idiotic 18 year old literally)...told me he would get back with me about this and email me- he never did. i went back to this mcdonalds two days later and didnt go through the drive thru (who knows what these fiends would do now knowing the situation) and went inside. i got dirty looks, stares, and odd treatment from the nasty women working there--they all looked at each other like "oh it's her." again im a nice polite normal minority female...i go to the drive thru just to get my food but getting bullied this way is unacceptable, and what does mcdonalds do about this bullying-- oh so far absolutely NOTHING except bully and abuse me more...this is not fair or right...or even remotely decent and i plan on not only filing a police report, but a lawsuit as well.

recently, i called chris back..now chris--shows what an ignorant immature son of a [censored] this low life is. chris..basically said he found the tape (how the hell would he know it's the right tape or not)? he doesnt know my car type at all and submitted the tape to the 'owner' of the store. really? he has NO confirmation on my car type or who I am and claims he submitted a tape to the owner. i asked chris..has any action been taken against this girl? at least removed from the drive thru anything? he said well innocent until proven guilty...im thinking wow really? so an employee can bully and throw a CC at a customer and nothing is done about this heathen rude jerk. Then chris the roach said to me "well basically...it shows her reaching out to hand you the credit card" and she says that you refused to take it---HUH? what the hell? why would i REFUSE to take a CC and why would i be filing such a major complaint...then chris the roach basically said "well we can't ruin a life over someone saying something" then said "well do you have a problem with her bcause of the color of her skin"...HUH?! OMG? im the one being BULLIED HERE...she is the one BULLYING ME and you're insinuating im RACIST when im the MINORITY female being bullied by a black female? or any female there...this is totally NUTS... so basically...anyone working at this mcdonalds...is crazy or nuts it seems...they defend bullying and racism and violence TOWARDS CUSTOMERS and innocent customers who have done NOTHING wrong except BE customers.

i explained to this rat roach filth psychopath chris...that im a customer being mistreated here...why would i go through ALL this...for NO REASON? to get someone fired..huh? wow...crazy stuff. then chris the lunatic...said well you're the ONLY one who has complained about her and others have complimented her---im thinking SO WHAT? you dont think there is mistreatment towards SOME people even ONE and not towards others? i explained to him that ive had problems at this mcdonalds for YEARS...and at some points am even scared to go through the drive thru at night because of the crazy rude employees but throwing a CC at someone is a BIG deal. these sick people have REFUSED to do anything about this worse...they are now blaming the VICTIM for the abuse and bullying the victim has had to go through. i explained to this psychopath chris that this isa legal matter and that im going to the COPS to file a report and to a LAWYER to file a lawsuit...b/c ive been bullied constantly by YOUR employees and now you're accusing me of being a RACIST after IM THE ONE getting bullied? this is the day and age of today...nutjobs everywhere even at fast food and businesses where ther eis no decency...and animalistic employees can abuse and mistreat women with no repercussions...

no kidding i go to at least 10 mcdonalds in the area...and even in the worst area possible they are NOTHING as bad as the UCF mcdonalds. most mcdonalds employees are fine..do their job..NOTHING like the psychos at this UCF mcdonalds. i have been to mcdonalds around the state...NO mcdonalds is employed by such trash as the UCF mcdonalds...the rudest nastiest people around. its funny and sick that chris claimed that he hires only the 'friendliest' people yet these 'friendliest' people act nothing short of deranged jungle animals who literally abuse and pick on customers and women and act crazy. its worse that instead of reprimanding or doing SOMETHING about their crazy abusive BULLY employees they then abuse and ATTACK the customer complaining about these horrible people...this is just TERRIBLE...its not bad customer service its just BULLYING and ABUSE gone further. also chris the animal itself began yelling at me and getting rude and weird...psychopath? i told chris the animal kid that next time im going to video tape my experience and voice record it...as now they are attempting to claim me a 'liar' in some form or 'racist' for being bullied by their sick crazy employees. worse...chris said "you're blowing it out of proportion"...im doing what? your EMPLOYEE THREW MY CREDIT CARD AT ME...THIS IS NOT A JOKE...THIS IS ASSAULT ABUSE and im definitely NOT TAKING ANYMORE AT THIS MCDONALDS. i have threatened chris that im going to go to the police to file a REPORT about this incident...chris responded claiming "well theyre going to see the video and see that NOTHING happened"... really? (do you even have the RIGHT CAR)? i said im going to file a LAWSUIT against mcdonalds for this non-stop discrimination harassment and bullying and your FAILURE to do something about your crazy employees who abuse customers. i said why would i be making such a BIG DEAL out of this? for fun? do you really think im sittin ghere...as a joke...ive been bullied by YOUR employees and this is the last straw...then you accuse me of being a RACIST because your crazy RACIST bully employee says so? now this is where a black female has been abusive and hostile toawrds a customer and is using the RACE CARD to further abuse the person SHE HAS ABUSED? chris and other sociopaths at this heathenistic mcdonalds...have agreed...and will side with the racist abusive bully. chris is a nutjob...i dont know what he looks like but he sounds like puny white trash basically...some idiot college kid who has no clue..who aggressively on the phone bullies women filing complaints about ABUSIVE people at mcdonalds. chris sat there on the phone accusing me of being a RACIST, and justifying doing nothing about a hostile employee because "i complain a lot"... yes i complain when i get mistreated or abused...and instead of you fiends doing anything about the abuse you further abuse or mistreat me as well and then accuse me of horrible things. also i work in customer service...and have a college education... im not an idiot or ignorant and im also extremely professional and polite to anyone and EVERYONE i encounter. chris sat there listening to me upset and talking about my bad experiences...while he could care less and just seemed to want to upset me nothing else and chris the animal seemed SO DISTURBED by my complaints? as if i did something wrong by complaining and as if im at fault...its really sick and crazy.

ive worked many jobs and if anyone dares do anything what this maniac did ot me...believe me that person would have not only been fired, but if not fired, SOMETHING would have been done. but i guarantee that the CUSTOMER would not be attacked in this situation as chris was doing to me. chris proved he is a nutcase too like the nuts he hires, which makes total sense...this is low life who hires only low lifes as well and pats itself on the back claiming he's hiring decent people--no you're not chris the roach..you are an ignoramus low life immature CHILD who only hires loonies like you and the owner is going to know about all this and when he sees the lawsuit coming will do something ot even get rid of the crappy MANAGER he has working for him who is hiring all these freaks and loons who abuse customers for fun and bully them...

this mcdonalds is going to get sued for their abuse harassment and discrimination toawrds a MINORITY FEMALE and NON-STOP BULLYING then TECHINCAL ASSAULT AND FAILURE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. im a relaly nice person and i dont like to escalate things..in fact i NEVER have before. but ive taken abuse from this location for MANY years--i even have proof of a relative who i personally will ASK to get me something from there...i wont go through the drive thru at night because the animalistic employees can be SO SO rude at night...and i ask her to get me something on the way home. however...then recently...the employees got better for about a year but now it's back to deranged animals working there...but i really hope that these awful sick managers and disgusting employees are reprimanded for the bullying they THINK they can do to others and get away with. and MCDONALDS a business feels it OK to mistreat customers and even ALLOW their employees to assault them and THROW ITEMS AT THEM and instead of doing something about it they call the customesr RACIST and say they "always complain."... i mean yes this is the 21st century---there is very LITTLE decency and morality...but this is a business where an employee THREW something at a customer..this IS A BIG DEAL and I AM GOING TO MAKE IT ONE...

also ever sinec this incident i have NEVER gone back to this horrible trash infested mcdonalds...and have been to MANY others in the area...with NO PROBLEM. the employees are decent civil..normal nice. they do their jobs.. honestly the UCF LOCATION MCDONALDS is the WORST in the COUNTRY I GUARANTEE IT...there is no mcdonalds as bad as this one with the nasty trash abusers and bullies and freaks working here...

I was having my dinner on 5th December 2017, while I was enjoying my dinner meal. Three unidentified male approach and grab my personal bag belong to me which contains laptop, modem, usb thumb drive, cables and other unidentified things. No security concern from premises no doubt I seated under their CCTV but during the entire episode, I watch the CCTV footage and noticed not even a McDonald staff walking around even less than 1 minute from incident happening.

At last resort, I complained to their website from USA to Malaysia but only cold shoulder whereas they send me an voucher not even can par with my losses over RM20K. I want a fair compensation and hope their staff will play more important role in safeguarding every customer consumer of them.

My husband and I live in lake havasu city, AZ. We were going [through] Parker and decided to drive thru McDonald's and get food to eat on the way home.
We ordered their best black Angus deluxe hamburger combo's, which we upgraded to large, cost almost $ 19.00 For the two of us. They were stale had probably sat there made all day. Have ordered these at other sites and they were worth the money. This place just wanted to dump these because we were going through the drive thru and they knew they could get away with it. I will never go back there again!

I had a bad day today. First my cat died. It was squashed by a Mack truck and I had to peel it off the road. Then because I had to tend to my cat I was late for my job and got fired. Someone had flattened my tire and I had to walk five miles to get a spare. I went home and found out someone had broken into my house and stole my collection of Russ Meyer movies. This was the worst day ever. I thought I know, I can go to Mcdonalds and get a happy meal. That would make me happy. ###, not only did that meal not make me happy, I was also more upset because the meal did not fill me up. This is false advertising. If you claim this is a happy meal it should make you happy. This was not the case as I felt worse after having your HAPPY MEAL.

Walked into mcdonalds to be served by a young girl who not listen to what I was ordering I repeated it twice and still got order wrong and over charged me she called the manager over and he was not happy at all but I was telling him what I had ordered all I finally said what I had ordered he just said well what do u expect she's a learner I said hey we have been standing here for nearly 20Min's and our food was cold I ask for extra sauce paid for it and the young lady through the sauce on the bench not put it in the box like she's suppose to I said to her in front of the manager excuse that is rude he totally didn't want to know anything his attitude was she's a learner I said your customer service skills are disgusting and you should teach your so called workers how to be more smiles and listen to paying customers he just walked off his name is jack manager for that night main manger during the day is Shawn who I will be seeing tomorrow our family had cold dinner and we waited so long because they got our order-wrong not once but twice very upset.

I aditya jadhav resident of mumbai, india, juhu ordered nonveg burger mc chicken along with veg meal. To my surprise my chicken burger had a black stone in it. I realised when it literally chipped my tooth. I immediately removed the morsel out of my mouth and found pieces of black stone.
I called up macdonalds and complained them. And they offered me a replacement burger. How is that going to help? With such dirty food quality having stones in it!

Restaurant #7856 at Council and Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City. I have been totally chewed out by 3 different employees for not ordering creamer and sweetener packets when I place a coffee order at the drive-through. If I forget and then ask for it when I'm actually getting my coffee, they freak out and give me a pretty rude lecture. I started video taping my experiences with them because they are so rude. Whatever happened to treating the customer with respect. Sometimes I do follow their "rules" when ordering coffee and they forget to pass it on to the final window and I STILL get CHEWED OUT.
Now when I go to this drive-through, I usually have to put up with employees laughing at me and making very 'quick' and rude comments that I can't totally hear. I'm afraid to file a complaint because you have to provide name, phone number and address and I'm afraid of retribution.

But this is nothing new in the craphold city of orlando...all you find are arrogant ugly bitter messed up demented people who are abusive and hostile towards nice kind people and they HATE really pretty women...many years ago i had MAJOR problems with this place and the freaks that worked there even knew my name and would yell out my name and i dont know how they even knew it...absurd sick people here... the UCF MCDONALDS will ALWAYS seem to employ these abusive aggressive freaks however to ABUSE a female customer for no reason and even put white stuff in her drink...these psychos need to watch their act-- who knows how they treat others and really one day someone will report this mcdonalds for the shady things it does to people...also all these inferior ugly people who are ugly in everyway possible who abuse attractive people...that's all you find in this awful city...ugly bitter angry people who are mean or cruel towards attractive people...BEWARE...

My daughter and I had came into the store to eat. The manager was helping get orders and the really bright girl with the on ponytail in her head started screaming at the manager about her not being late. Manager reply was ok. The girl just kept yapping and yapping the manger told her not to be raising her voice we have customers . The little girl just wouldn't shut up. I was surprised that you all would let some one like that work there if she doesn't respect someone with authority my question is how would she treat me as a customer. Not a very professional place of business

Ordered 6 mcdoubles, and 2 large Fry's.Ordered went in 19;32, Noted not busy with other orders or patrons. Upon waiting for food order to go. A black gentleman working grill. Then noted black gentleman, pull out cell phone from his pocket, with gloves on.Opened his cell phone and scrolling Thur phone.Showed another employee and talking about what they were looking at.Black gentleman then closed his phone and put back in his pocket.Still with same gloves on he resumed to making food.and, touching food with same gloves on, he used to open his phone with.Also he was picking hi butt. Husband and myself noted gentleman NEVERED PUT CLEAN GLOVES ON. Other employee stated yes he did change gloves. Then she questioned him, as myself and husband yelled NO HE DID NOT.
Besides this 2 large fries were put in a plastic bag, and only half filled.Fries were very cold and soggy. Took 20 mins for 6 Mcdoubles and 2 lg. fries., then sandwiches were placed in bag with fries, as noted fries sitting in bag 20 mins waiting for other items. Went to car and noted about fries.Been going to this establishment for past year, had little problem, prior.But continued to go.Restaurant is dirty, tables, floor and employees never i have seen to be waring hair nets. I will not be returning to this McDonald's again. I was a frequent buyer there at least 3 times a week.
Please investigate. A very unhappy and Dissatisfied customer.

We went to star parade's mc donald's (alor setar), Malaysia a 2.39 pm today 26th january 2013. Among the items that i bought was chocolate sundae. I bought two of the item. The chocolate filling was okay BUT the vanilla ice cream ...to my surprise the taste was sour( to be precise like sour milk) . My children started to notice the taste was different just after a few seconds taking it . They always buy the chocolate sundae!. i bet they know the taste better. i tasted it after they were compaining about it. The result is we are suffering from stomach ache now.

On Wednesday, January 16, 2013, I was attending the Idle No More demonstration in Windsor, Ontario Canada. I went into McDonald's at 883 Huron Church Rd around 11:30 am. I was on the way to the bathroom when I slipped and fell on some mud on the floor outside of the bathroom. I was stunned and shaken up and feeling pain in both of my legs, my arms and my hands. It took what felt like forever to get up. I was shaking and when I fell my bladder leaked. When I got to the counter to report to a manager that I fell, my knees felt like they where being shocked and they where jumping. With a few dozen people around I asked to see a manager and the person that was talking to me said how can I help you. When I looked at her she was not looking at me she was looking around me. I was waiting for her to come around the counter to talk to me and to see my injuries but she did not. She did not tell me her name. I was embarrassed to talk in front of all those people and to say what happened. She did say are you ok and ask if I needed anything but if she would have taken the time to look at me she would have seen the pain I was in and maybe she would have notice that I was embarrassed. I went back to the table to get my daughter to go with me to the bathroom because I was scared to go by myself. I showed my daughter the scraps on my legs and the redness. I had to home instead of staying at the demonstration, which I had been planning for some time because I was bleeding and I was wet. It is 2 days later, I am in pain, my muscles are hurting in my legs, I can not get up and walk without continuous pain, I have pain in my shoulders as well from bracing when i went down. I am going to go to the doctors and I have been taking pictures from that night. My legs look as bad as they feel and I am still waiting to here from a manager. There was extra people working, I was sitting there for 30 minutes after the fall and no one came to check on me. I am appalled at the treatment or lack there of that I received. I am hoping to get some kind of response.

I am keeping copies of the injuries by way of photos.

I had my Quarter pounder to go. I began eating it in the
Truck. It didnt taste right. I turned on my interior light to see my burger was Raw.
I took it in to the manager who tried at first telling
Me it wasn't that under cooked. Other customers
Couldn't believe it! She threw it in the garbage so I asked
Her( manager) to take it out of the garbage so I could
Take a picture. I ate half almost and was and still
Am concerned about getting sick. I am calling Northern Health
To have an inspector go to the restaurant. The
Manager didn't seem concerned.. Food safety and the
Spread of eccoli and samenella are a public health issue.

Where is the "Quality"?

This McDonalds mischarged my credit card with another customer’s order. Upon noticing the mistake, I requested a refund to be issued to my card and told them that I no longer wanted my food. They took my credit card and decided to rerun it for the correct amount and gave me cash back for the incorrect amount. At no point did they tell me they reran my credit card for the correct order nor did they give me a receipt for the second transaction (the correct order). Three days later I noticed on my account that I had two charges from this McDonalds on my account.

I immediately called the store manager to notify them of their mistake and began getting accuse of stealing food from the store window. I was then told I needed to come into the store to watch a video of the drive-thru from my visit. When I told the store manager I was a young professional and it wasn’t me who stole the food, she continued to make accusations towards me. She then proceed to tell me this establishment is open 24 hours for people like me – what exactly the meaning of “people like me” is still baffles me. Many things represent me such as gay, young professional, or people that enjoy a late night snack, but regardless her comment was directed as hate comment.

After speaking with the store manager and feeling uneasy about how this issue was handled I contacted the McDonald’s corporate complaint hotline which directed me to the franchise owner’s office. There to my surprise, I was treated just as worse. The person in charge of my complaint took down my information and still was trying to claim I was the “one” who took food from them 4 evenings before. He took down my personal and credit card information and said they would research it and refund my card for the additional incorrect charges. The following day he contacted me tell me that they had no record of my transactions at their store. I faxed them my bank statement showing the two transactions along with their store number indicated on the statement. When I asked the timeline I could expect to finalize this issue (now going on for 5 days), the gentleman rudely stated he could not give me a time frame. I told the gentlemen that I would like it resolved by the end of the business day because at this point it was using up my personal and business resources. His response to my request was that he now understands why his store made the comment they did. I asked him what he meant about the comment and he would not give me a direct answer. He called back later that day and said that I would just need to dispute the charge with my bank.

The outcome of the situation is that the franchise company will not refund me my money and the only service they have provided me is poor customer service. At this point, I have been discriminated against as a young gay professional by not only once saying people like me, but twice- once at the store level and again at their franchise level.

I have experienced a very bad service at Mcdonalds at Aman Puri.

It happened on 30 November 9.25pm. During that time, I ordered Mc-Chicken and I would like to know if the chickens were spicy. But the staff replied me in a very rude way that she didn't know anything about the chicken because she was not working in the kitchen. Then, when I made the payment, she throw the 50 bucks hardly into the drawer and gave me a very rude expression.

After that, she left all my orders on the cashier without a word, i didn't know if my foods were all there. When I asked her, she shout:" Wait larrr" loudly, Then, I spoke to a manager. But, the manager ran away and hide inside the kitchen without giving me an explanation. I didn't know what actually happened. I heard the few Indians staff speaking in Tamils and kept laughing at me.

I waited for about 15 minutes and then another manager came and ask what was my problem. I told him my order was incomplete as still lack of 1 double cheese burger, He seem like I was cheating him, took out everything and checked the items one by one. Then only he passed me the burger.
