My complaint is from a consumer point of view. I recently purchased a pack of Marlboro mediums and over half of the cigarettes in it were short on tobacco. One was over a quarter of the way empty. I have been a Marlboro smoker for 12 years and don't want to smoke anything else but this has happened a couple of times to me now. Is there anything that can be done about this to make it right? Thank you.
Your website has been down for over 48 hours. when will it be back up You are a major corporation this should be fixed immediately, i expect better from Marlboro.

We was told on the Marlboro app we would get a free Zippo lighter, up date address. But still after months,no free Zippo lighter like they said. maxhair836@yahoo.com I don't have the date or pictures,over a lighter! They can afford it.
A fake manufacturing is being done on a large scale at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and also being sold on a large amount. Please take action towards it and the city needs original Marlboro!
I am sure you are aware that these cigarettes keep going out. Each cigarette will stop smoking for at least 3 or 4 stops or more. If you are continuing going to do this you need to discount each pack if you want us to keep using these. I didn’t ask to put this stuff in my cigarettes
Bout 3 cartons like I do every week and here lately they are very stale opened a pack out of each carton they are disgusting .
We buy the 72 reds and they have holes in them. For the price they shouldn't have holes in the. I called and was told to bring them back to the store. The store isn't going to do anything nor is it their responsibility to fix your problems
over use of dipping for fire retardant is causing people with phycological impairments to amplify. please just take a look at the research.

last night 4/6/2023 i bought a pack of cigarrettes from circle k on 36th st and old hwy 90 in san antonio, tx. and to my surprise, all the tips of the cigarrettes were messed up. i have smoked since i was 18, now 31, and i have never gotten a pack like that before. i am very unhappy and very dissatisfied. it was basically a waste of money.
I used some of my points for a 2.50 off a pack of Marlboro,went to use it and everytime the cashier would scan it it kept saying "file not found" so I emailed Marlboro and they sent me another 2.50 off a pack on my mobile coupon tried to use it again and same problem "file not found" obviously trading your points for mobile coupons is a waste

On July 31, 2023, I had redeemed 13,200 points for the otter box power bank. I have been checking everyday for it to come in and nothing. I tracked it and it showed it was delivered on Sat Aug 5th, 2023.

I ordered a Roku device in July 2023 but when I looked at my order it says this device is from 2019?!?! I have tried installing on my tv and of course it keeps saying that it needs an update but I get an error. So I guess I just lost 18000 points.

bought a carton of marlboro blacks red from Murphys Gas station at 1801 elizabethtown road leitchfield , kentucky 42754. After smoking 2 packs noticed that filter and cigarette was hard to get inhaled. after inspection small holes in filter.
i buy this as its the cheapest in leicester uk. but there always big sticks in which mush weigh a lot . i buy 1 a week i have a collection , so its not the real weight,i cannot roll a big stick it breaks papers .can you stop putting 1 stick in every pouch please/
