Dear Sir,

I have a complaint against my Lenovo Mobile C-2 was not working properly and it was under warranty period and as per customer service attendant they took my device with accessories to change with new but until i did not receive anything from there almost two month completed.
So please look into the matter do the needful as soon.
I attached memo for the reference.
