I get quotation the price is 1, 945.00 and I give the s
cheque September 1 2020 they said comeback tomorrow. I didn't come September 2 2020 because I have work at the Philippine Embassy. Then Mr. Renier call me today he is working at lulu that the item is ready for pickup. When I came the item not ready. They keep me waiting for 1 hour to collect the item and then they said the price dropped 200 dirhams. And I say ok just give me my changes 200 dirhams they don't want to give sadly I didn't get the item. I told them bring me back the cheque they refused to give it back to me they say after 4 days to get it back.

Security people behaving very rude, they underestimate costumers, 21/8/2020 friday we visit lulu evening time, we took fish and food items and gave fish for cleaning half an our said for cleaning, this time we went to take shoes that time the security guy misbehave, we try to talk the guy then he got more angry and he said get out we lost our all items which we take to select more than one hour we couldn't bill that items agin we had to visit another supermarket carry-fore grand mall, we are indians always prefer lulu we enjoy the shopping lulu, but now security guys are not in control

I bought a chocolate which was kept in reduced price section. When I reach home & try to check the expiry, a sticker was on date. I can see the month & year but the date was hide.

I have two adhiya at eid ul adha at lulu hyper market in Jubail, which they promised to give on the day of eid, but then they delayed it by one day. Now, I have made at least 100 calls on their customer service number, but they don't respond. This is the extent of irresponsibility. They don't even care for the religious sentiments.

I went today to Lulu Hypermarket Suhar branch to buy some stuff, while I was checking the meat steak I was talking to somebody then suddenly a person was standing beside me said to me WHY you are passing the prices to our competitors.
I replied this is not correct, he kept repeating with the same question saying I am sure of what I am saying.
Really I don't know how he was sure if I was talking in Arabic and he looks Indian!
After this he asked someone from the stuff who speaks Arabic to join the conversation, I explained the situation again to him and asked to meet the manager to make a complaint, I shocked when I got the answer "this is the manager and his name is Rashid"
I told them well I will complaint to the police.
I believe that Lulu management is caring about customer satisfaction and to be honest such attitude will reflect a very bad image on this big name.
Just wanted to share this incident with you to take the necessary action.

I have to complaint about my order (number is 0193720500). I got this TV about 2 hours ago and I've just opened it and found that the screen is cracked. Please find attached the photos of TV. And the cable is not from the Samsung.

Please exchange the TV for a new one as soon as possible.

Date and time of incident : 15/7/20 between 1.10 pm to 1.30 pm

The price of dell laptop 3593 ins 2028 displayed in the shop : aed 3199.

When I bought the laptop, the price hiked to aed 3299 and I paid aed 3299.

Price on display in the shop is aed 3199 to attract customers and at the time of purchase, there is a sudden increase to aed 3299 to disappoint the customers and i'm one of the disappointed customer.

I called to the shop landline [protected] on the same day at around 5pm and spoke to mr. Zulfikar, he also said the price is aed 3199, so I requested to raise the complaint against the price hike, then he informed me that the real price is aed 3299 not aed 3199.

Everytime the sales employees fluctuates the price of a product which leads to confusion and frustration among customers. The sales agent till last moment will not inform about the accurate price.

I had placed an order on July 6th 2020 at 11:34 am, my order number "0000293458". The delivery slot selected was 7th, but till this moment no one has contacted me or delivered my products.

I called your customer care number today and they confirmed it will be delivered by evening, but it's past your alloted delivery time of 21:00.

I do not understand why this has happened nor do I expect a valid explanation.

You have failed to meet the terms set on the delivery of the items and it's appalling and unprofessional. Not expected from a Lulu's so called standards.

I bought a shawarma pizza flavor which according to counter sales person they will bake it and I have to wait I was excited since they told me they will bake and I have to come back, after 15 minutes -18 minutes I came back and they told me it's ready I paid it then went home when I reached home I ate the pizza it was really not to the expectation pizza was like 2 days old so dry and taste less I do understand the dryness since the price is cheap as well but the freshness was not acceptable, I was expecting that lulu will never sever customer an old items which they indicate freshly baked. never ever buy the ready to eat food n lulu hope management will take action and check their staff accordingly specially this time of pandemic might be customer will be sick because of the old items sold

I buy bike and the brakes and I dont like it I feel it's not good the next day I want to returned the dont want to return because it has little sand on the tire but yesterday I buy it's not my problem its new and its 399 aed I pay cash and the manager was talking with me the other guy was laughing

As I discuss with Mr manooj last month he told me after open service center I will send the mobile for service
Last week I went to customer service Al ahsa they told me next week will start taking for service
Today I went to customer service Al ahsa one of the staff he told me your warranty is finish we can't to accept your phone more then 1 hour I wait then lady supervisor came he told me the same I told them manhooj told me to came even there are no giving me the manhooj number more then 3 months I am rounding to Al ahsa Lulu to get my mobile service
Finally one supervisor name is Hussain came and told me will check with our manager and will call you till they time no call came
We are buying electronic from Lulu because service is good
Yesterday I have send the email to Lulu customer service but no response

Lulu owes me refunds on products and cancelled orders for 3 orders, I email customer care, the support service on the website, the lulu online team email and a person who is in charge of refunds at lulu. No one is replying to me for over 3 months now. Extremely disappointing. Money should take between 4 to 7 days to he refunded, that is mentioned on the lulu automatic email when an item is canceled, yet I have to wait fot over 3 months.

Today I visited lulu at salmiya, the shawarma man, was with an Indian man. The shawarma man, looking eqyptian refused to serve us ready made food and ask an Indian cooker to serve us instead. We being blacks we felt lulu through its cooks had shown racist activities. Even more customers complained with the same cooker.
Unless such racist servers are removed we will launch an anti racist moves against lulu to all expertriates and collect signature to demean the same.

We purchased Nirapara 10 KG Palakadan Matta Rice from LuLu on 21.04.2020. After more than half of the bag used then we found that the remaining rice is not in the good condition to use. Photos and Bill is attached.

Dear Sir/madam, i order some items from Lulu Hypermarket in Riyadh online. Once they delivered the items, one of them was incorrect. When i informed the delivery boy, he accepted it and said the amount will be refunded in few days for incorrect item. It's more than a month now, i'm sending reminder emails to Lulu Hypermarket and they are not responding.

Delivery not done for cold storage items

Against the order ID of [protected]
(1) none of the frozen items in the order was delivered.
(2) Eggs: Out of 40 golden eggs ordered, wrong delivery was done. Only 16 brown eggs only were delivered. All other eggs were broken when delivered. Also unwanted delivery was made for 30 number tamaam eggs which were not ordered.

I am a regular customer of darsait lulu, ON 26TH MAY I have gone to buy lulu darsait, to buy a laptop, the staff there are least bothered to explain and to sell, after 30 min. of hurdle they told that piece was not there, and showed one more model and the they told that piece also not available. later they told they ll give demo piece-but it ll take 15 min time to reset-I told its ok, after one hour, they told it may take time-they have taken my phone no. that they ll call in one more hour but till now, they are least bothered to tell the reason also.the staff and supervisor in electronic section same state

I dont even get a reply from KSA customer care. Have written many emails to resolve.
