I just want to rant over the incident on a sales lady that you have being RACIST! This was yesterday Nov. 9, 2022 at around 10pm on the pickled fruits area section. Just because we are not locals she can just keep us wait on the queue entertaining other customers that just came in over us who were patiently waiting for our turn? If i did'nt raised my voice over what she was obviously doing to us she would have not bothered to entertained us, plus the fact that I am with my children who were toddlers and has practically drained my energy already the whole day I would really burst off from such obvious neglect towards us because we are not her kind of people! Pls! we are consumers too, we also buy of your products, I don't wanna sound entitled or bragged but whenever we do groceries we spent 1000 riyals for food and milk every time we visit your shop. I patronized Lulu because i liked the vibed there and the on going sales but if your staff continued to be racist you wont be having expat customers soon! Pls train your staff to be KINDER to EVERYONE not just to locals here! For this incident I am not gonna buy anymore at your shop, though it would break my heart but i cannot burn my dignity being treated like that.

Good evening, I just want to raise a complain from you branch at Al Hilal, Im regular customer of this branch almost everyday I purchase items, but Im so much disappointed because I was ordering items but they never replying even once. I send a message around 7pm at follow at 8:30pm is anyone there in that store. But thanks to them even one reply they can not even send me. Im trying to call them many times too but they ignore my call. What a kind poor customer service you have it. I think they can not handle the task that you've given to them. I have baby and I need that food urgent but they are not even send me a responce. What is the sense of having delivery home which is no one responding you if they can deliver or not.

Please be informed that I have purchased the subject Item Bosch Blender (Bosch Vita Style Mixx2 Go) on 03-06-2022, From Lulu Al Khor and on the same time i sent to my native country Pakistan. But when i reached there and the item did not start and not even work for one time. But when i go back to LuLu to return they said they can't help and it will not be change. I am sure the that this was ON sale item and LULU repaired it and the resale. And now LULU is not willing to change or return. Please help me out to solve my Issue.

I bought a new printer which stoped working a day after. Went in to the store a couple days later to get replacement of the same kind.

They refused to give a new one and gave me the display model and still made me pay full price even though I wasn’t receiving a new item. I asked should a discount be offered since I’m getting a display item.

They looked at me like I was out my mind.

A day later and now the display model is not working either.

I’ve been told I have to wait until the original printer I was sold to be sent to service department and then they will decide if I should get a new replacement.

They could have tested the printer there and then but obviously electronic sales people are not technical enough to test a simple printer.

This is by far the worst service I’ve received from electronics department. I now have to wait without a printer whiles they decide if the printer is working or not when I told them it was needed for work and they can just give a replacement and not the display model.

Will not be shopping here again and if don’t get an immediate response I will be leaving multiple negative google reviews about the staff in store about the lack of willingness to help.

Good noon team. We buy a trimmer in LULU messilah on 27.10.22.

We ask them is it made in US .

But when we came home it's not all the part made in CHINA.

Tried the trimmer blade cuts all over the place.

Next day we went to change the item.

The person who attend us was soo rude he told us go and complaint in MOPH we will see there like that his name in Mr Amjid Niya. He did not respect us may be he doesn't like Indians..

The iroduct is 199 riyal even we didn't get any replacement.. he was soo rude to us. Felt very bad. Just he kept the product and left.

We didn't even take that.. we kept there and left. Money is second matter how he behave is very bad . Please take some action.

I just want to the management regarding to the behavioral and actuation of your casher .. he is disrespectful and not have manners the way he talk to the costumer.. the products is no bar code he told me in very rude way when I responded i ask Ha? Then he responded also with Haa? And his face is facial expression with the insulting manners..

My friend went to lulu mall kochi yesterday and did the billing of all the object and forgot to do the bill of an iron. Then all the officers and staff came to her and stated asking questions to her and threatened her.they took advantage of her because she was a single girl.They claimed and blamed on her that she is thief and all and took her phone. And not allowed her to call anyone. She was from gujarat. Then they harrased her and took her to the underground section of the mall in an office to the commissioner.Then they asked to pay 20k ₹ and 2k₹ for the iron and forced her to pay and harrased her for 4 hrs and finally they took 22k from her and give her phone back.

I would request Mr. Yusuf ali to look after this shameful act of there staff.

I have emailed twice texted and had zero response from your company, the washing machine has stopped working, i came to your store in Al Rai and they could not find my details which I cant understand, they said they keep sales details for three months, i bought a warranty with the washing machine but cant find my receipt,

The machine has stopped working totally, i need help

On 17th of August by 11.48p.m., I bought Broasted Chicken strips after confirming over and over again if it was fresh because there were only 4-5 pieces left. They said it was fresh again and again. But, when I had it just a few minutes later, it was not at all good, harder, not the fresh ones at all. This is the second time happening. Is such food given to humans by lying. It’s inhumane.

I am upset with the elkta washing machine service center and they are not fixing the issue and they don't have stock of parts. the machine was picked from my home last week Wednesday on 10/08/22.

We have bought machine 18 months ago from lulu center sharjah and its still under warranty but its spinner not working and out of use.

We also approached your lulu customer center Al wahda sharjah yesterday and they said they will come back to us shortly but no response until now.

Kindly look on the matter urgently otherwise I will complain in economic department sharjah as well as in Dubai.

I purchase a juicer blender since 22 July 2022 but machine is not working

I purchased one split AC on 14 july, 2022 from lucknow hypermarket, vide ean no [protected]. While purchasing, i was assured by sales guy Hari Om mobile no [protected] that Ac will be delivered by 15 july and installed by 16 july, but today till 17 july 1234 hrs, there is no response from anyone. Hari Om is not picking phone deapite calling 7-8 times. I had purchased this ac in emergency to be installed within 1-2 days. Its very poor services and unprofessional behaviour on part of sales staff. Had I not been committed, i could have bought it from somewhere else. Even I have called local customer care in lucknow several times, but they are also fooling me.

I have visited Lulu store 3720 on 14/07/2022, and time of billing is 20:58:54, receipt number 807816, POS-7.

I brought glassware manufactured by union glass company limited description union glass tumbler 308ml set of 6 but unfortunately I could only find 5 glass tumblers in the box.

One glass was missing when I opened the box at my home.

I don't know what to do now.

I used to shop monthly groceries from lulu hypermarket .Today (14-jul-2022) I did my regular shopping and bought nearly 1 kg of cooked chicken drumstick around 09.57 pm.When I reached home and start eating the same chicken along with my wife,brother in law and 3.5 year old daughter I felt foul smell coming from it. Immediately we all stopped eating and visited lulu hypermarket around 11.00 pm to report this issue to the respective department.I am shocked to see their careless response .The supervisor of food court admitted the fact after smelling the chicken and said we can replace this for you. We said we don't want any replacement instead show us where we can complaint.He responded us " You can complaint to Dubai municipality ". Again we asked to contact their managers and he dialed to one of his manager and their response also same "You can complaint to Dubai municipality if you want" . Finally we raised the complaint to Dubai municipality .

@lulu - This is just to inform you the unacceptable response from your supervisors or managers. All of us are not feeling well after eating this chicken .please if you can't solve such issue don't spoil the health of others. I will never buy any cooked food from lulu hypermarket hereafter.

Atta powder and fresh milk bought last month it's made by Lulu, I feel bad experience and the quality is very bad. Fresh milk tastes like water.the atta powder mixed with the maida lts felt like. In that atta, I found a stone ,here it's attached snap

Debackers dress material... The products are so rubbish... Sooooo pathetic quality... Dont try to sell it... Try the products then only sell customers... I have tried many of the debackers products like tops jeans t shirts so and so... But colour is still going after 15 th wash and also if someone want to wear small tops you have to buy xl... Bcoz after wash the product will be like small... Mr. Yusuf ali I am your customer for more than 10 yrs... All r working for daily bread... So plzzz before selling the products make sure the quality

Some medicine smell in fish which i bought from lulu Rashidiya Dubai branch i think that is farmalin this is not only one time always when i buy fish i experience the same smell.
