evertime I have ever gone to this lows store i have had the worst time getting any help for the employees and when I find the employees they are all together in one corner chatting ..being a woman they think I do Not know what I am looking for and they will not give a woman the time of day to help them out ... I asked one for help and gave them exact thing i was looking for after I filled out applaction the casheir at coustomer service Rebecca walked off to the back of the store didn't say a word to me ... felt like she wasn't helping me so I left that store and went to Texas city where managment greated me at the door and Robert was the gentalman who helped me out. He got me in and out with out the hassel of bull ###. If it was Not for this Texas city store "3620 Emmett F. Lowry Expway, texas city, tx, 77590" I personaly would Not shop at any Lows stores they treat women like they do the men equal... Un like some stores who need major attion and Head managment need to come down and give a refreshor corse in Great Coustomer Service...

There is an 800 number fir customers. Store mgmt team
Has to respond ASAP. The number is on your receipt or
When you leave the store the store managers picture and
Number are posted. Tell what you want! Pay for supplies
And tell lowes to pay for labor. The 800 number us like magic.
