I bought a NEW Casteel air conditioner. Last Summer my bills jumped to over $1000 a month, yes, you read that right, and I had tech after tech after tech come out. ignored my complaints and overcharged me

The last time one of Casteel's technicians came out he would not get off the phone with his ex wife. I couldn't even ask him questions because he was on the phone the entire time! Then he was in a hurry to leave. His estimate was extremely high and we were able to get the same service else where for $1k cheaper. The previous 2 years that I had this company...
