This evening went to buy hand cart. Waited over 25 min for someone to help me. In between, went to cust svc, had emp paged. Went back to isle 13, waited. 7 min later called cust svc & had someone paged again. No-one showed. Waited, then called cust svc again. This time was hung up on before I said a word. Called back 2 or 3 more times, no answer. On way out told cust svc no-one ever came to help me & I was going to Home Depot. Did. They had same hand cart. Yours was on sale for 149, theirs was full price 159 but gladly paid the extra $10. Their sales rep was called & was waiting for me when I got to the isle. Was in & out of there in 10 min with my cart. Lowes was my store of choice. Recent widow making many many home repairs. Now Home Depot is.

Desired outcome: None, this is just fyi. Maybe your lack of cust svc is why you are no longer #1.
