Lowe's review: intolerable work conditions ( 1 comment)

I have worked for Lowes for 6months as a Delivery driver.In that 6months I have been treated very badly by my Department manager Ben.To start with we are suppose to go lightning speed to put out the most deliveries.Second the delivery schedule is so tight if you take a lunch or break you are barked at by Ben and told you are to slow.Third the 24 ft box truck we run is a saftey hazard that noone cares to fix.It has no working blower so it fogs up and can cause an accident.Also the liftgate is broken and pitches downhill and drops when you move items so thus someone can get seriously injured.Fourth as a former union stewart at a company I can say I have never worked for such an unorganized company a company which works it's employees like farm animals.I am mortified by how I am being treated by my superviser Ben and how he only discriminates against me because of my weight.I am a loyal employee who never calls in and works hard each day and this is how I am treated.Hope someone reads this and can help me.
