We ordered 3 doors in July that we were told would only take 30 days to arrive. We paid $2801.25 in cash which included installation.
We are still waiting for those doors to be installed. Nobody from Lowe's is willing to resolve this issue. Now we're being told we can't get them installed until January 2022.
So disgusted with this company. Clearly taking advantage of older people — 71 and 67. Making sure my family knows to take this to the next step in the event my husband or I do not survive the resolution.
At this point, we are seeking to have a full refund including interest that we could have been earning in our account.
Desired outcome: Full refund of the $2801.25 plus interest
