I called the customer service number on Saturday August 26, 2023 to report the matter and received a reference number: 4554137.
I was told to go online to file a complaint.
The marble sink top has an obvious flaw in the center front of the sink on the left side. Attached are pictures of the issue.
When the men delivered the vanity/sink they left it on my front porch, even though someone was home for them to bring it in.
When we went to carefully uncrate the vanity/sink I noticed the flaw.
